Pat arrived much sooner than I had hope on a Saturday morning and replaced my thermostat when I thought my furnace was malfunctioning. I am always pleased with J&G. First class all the way.

J &G. has been my go to for several years. Even during the freeze they checked on me to make sure I was OK(I live alone) and always there quickly and efficiently. I had a problem couple of weeks ago. the thermostat wouldn’t go off they were there within the hour. It was a bad thermostat. What if they hadn’t come it kept going higher and higher. That piece of mind is worth Everything. Thank yall so much.

We’ve used J&G Heating & Air Conditioning twice and I truly appreciate them. I had about 11 different quotes some upwards of $40k from abacus. J&G had integrity and told be what I actually needed and answered all of my questions. They came with a competitive quote with what we actually needed. I didn’t feel rushed during the consultation. A few years ago they installed our new upstairs unit and we KNEW the downstairs would need to be replaced within 2 years (lol if not that same day). No pressure from them but just said they would be here for us when the time came. That day came last week. They replaced it and the ductwork quickly.

They are really so nice and lovely people. I enjoy all of my interactions.

Searching for someone to do your AC when it’s so hot can be daunting and sometimes feel defeating especially with the companies who have sales people who are looking for commission and don’t care about you.

J&G Heating and air conditioning are the best! I am really glad I got their maintenance for my heating and air conditioning. It has really helped find any issues that are going on and it reduces my cost if they do find a problem. They are very thorough and give me other options if I have to have a repair. Bedroom AC unit stopped working on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Couldn’t get anyone at your company to send someone on Sunday or Monday (Memorial Day). Technician arrived on Tuesday. My wife reported to me later that technician didn’t know what he was doing, and proceeded from outdoor, to indoor, to attic many times, and even caused the working unit to fail. He was here from 12:00 to 2:40 PM. The good news is that he got it fixed and it’s still working as of today. Other unit is also working.

I continue to have nothing but positive experiences with J&G for all my AC and heating needs - both commercial and residential. They always go above and beyond and are a trustworthy mom and pop-owned and operated local business. Love them!
