I've used J&G several times. They are very nice people to work with and I believe they are honest. They did excellent work and their prices were fair. The owner Patrick, went out of his way to fix my 94 year old Mom's AC on a Sunday. On a Sunday! His wife Gloria is also a pleasure to work with. Quality People! Honest.

I've had J&G perform service on 2 residentials and 1 commercial HVAC system over 5 - 6 years, including a major commercial job. Never had a single up-sale pitch from them. They have found work around solutions to save me a buck. They've offered solid, practical advice. They are timely. They are reasonable. This is a family owned business that treats its customers like family. Good people. Great service.

I've just renewed my annual maintenance plan with J&G. It is a great value and I appreciate the senior discount. I've never had such great communication with a home service company as I have with J&G. Emails are answered promptly with lots of information. The service calls have always been well within the arrival window.

J&G installed new inside and outside A/C unit with new ductwork and new disconnect in October 2021.
I woke up 1-11-25 with no heat.I called Monday 1-13-25 and made appointment for Wednesday (my day off)1-15-25.Tech showed up Wednesday, I followed him up in the attic, and he discovered the burnt wires and melted disconnect and told me that was from a power surge. Later that day I received the estimate from them for $750 to replace the disconnect and install surge protector. I took pictures of the melted wires and showed my neighbor(Who knows a lot more about electricity than I do) He advised me to seek second opinion that the wiring did not look correct to him, I informed J&G that they installed the disconnect and I wasn’t sure that it was wired right to begin with and they said well you’re welcome to seek another opinion, so I had to take the day off Thursday and called local electrician out($232)
Electrician looked at it said this was not caused by a power surge, Was not wired correctly to begin with, and I was lucky it didn’t burn my house down.Large wire From breaker box(100 amp)was trying to be fed into disconnect that was too small for that wire so strands were cut (and ground) to make it fit.(As seen in pics)
Then the wire coming from disconnect going into heater was too small, was only big enough to handle 30 Amps not the 60 Amp wire needed,which eventually over time heated up and melted to the point of failure (read notes by electrician) electrician gave me estimate of over $2000 to run new wire from breaker box with new breakers and new disconnect box and wires.
I forwarded this information to JNG, Who claimed it wasn’t their fault and they would not warranty it(You can read their text to me) When I tried calling them, they would not answer phone, I left voicemail, asking to call me, which they never did.
I’ve never been more disappointed with a company in my life. I would say stay away from this company as far as you can! If I could give zero stars, I would.
I also called Tom Tynan(the home improvement guy on AM 610 radio) and explained the situation, he also said this would not have been caused by power surge and agreed with the electricians findings, and told me to report J&G to Carrier(the manufacturer of the unit)

Dealing with a broken air conditioner can be really stressful, but this company made my whole experience easy and even enjoyable. When I called about my old AC unit that had stopped working, the staff was super friendly and helpful from the start. The technician arrived right on time and quickly figured out what was wrong. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and gave me clear options for the repair. He fixed my AC efficiently and then took the time to check my whole system to make sure everything was running at its best. I was really impressed by how much he cared and how professional he was. The price was fair, especially for the quality of work I received. If you need reliable and friendly AC repair service, I can’t recommend this company enough!

I was nervous about having someone come fix my AC, but the tech was great. He showed up on time, listened to what I said, and answered my questions so I could understand what happened. He never tried to push any extra repairs or weird charges. I could tell he knew what he was doing and wanted to help. I felt good about the whole thing, and my AC works great now.

I am so thrilled I chose this company for our HVAC installation, the service was incredible from start to finish! The crew arrived right on schedule and were so friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me and were incredibly careful inside my home. After they were done, they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there! What really impressed me was that after the work was done, they showed me how to use my new thermostat. They even called me a week later just to make sure everything was working perfectly. If you need a new HVAC system, you have to call these guys. They do amazing work and truly care about their customers.

Waking up in a hot house was bad. I thought fixing my AC would be a pain, but these guys made it easy. The tech showed up on time, was friendly, and got things working again fast. He explained stuff in simple words and made sure I was happy with how it all turned out. The price was good too. I will be using them again!
