had a great experience all around. the 2 guys that showed up (i’m so sorry i forgot their names! 😅, service on 10/24/2025) got our vents balanced and everything taken care of. very quick, prompt, and explained everything they did in detail. i even got a text message they were 35 minutes away from my home. even my golden doodle loved them. thank you so much!

While doing my annual maintenance the tech suggested a power surge protector on heater and soft start on AC to protect the generator. Always watching out to make the system work better and safer.

Houk installed our system in our new house and was highly recommend by the builder. They have been very professional . Miguel did a great job today for the winter preventive maintenance and tune-up. Thank you to Houk and Miguel for good service.

We just moved into a new house that this team installed the HVAC or at least hold the warranty for us, we figured that heat does not circulate in certain rooms in the house, we had to called them to come fix it and they mentioned it is air balancing issue, they were initially very responsive but they came multiple times without solving the problem, I called them and explained that I have a 4 day old in the house and I needed them to come fix the problem so that my baby will not be affected by this winter cold ( A freeze will have next). They shut off on us. This is the 5th day since I made that passionate plea (I actually called twice) and I have not heard from the team, and there was no consideration about my new born. we had to get a heater for those rooms until hear from them as new mum and my two little ones continues to endure. I am really disappointed.

Had an issue with my AC Unit. Contacted Houk Air Conditioning and they sent somebody over to take a look at it that same day. The technician's name was Jacob and he was very professional, friendly and thorough. He found the problem immediately and fixed it for no charge because the system was under warranty. I was very pleased with the experience from the phone scheduling to the onsite work!

Tracy Scott and Dalton delivered professional, friendly, and knowledgeable HVAC service. They answered all of my questions and addressed every concern thoroughly. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them. The team at HOUK Company is made up of awesome people!

Oscar did a very good job. He was through, checked if there is any leaks in the coil and pipe, cleaned filter, suggested change filter in three months if using candles. He gave an explanation about what was done afterwards, and answered my questions. He was courteous and considerate. I definitely prefer him come next year for services. Please keep good work.

Great service. Prompt to respond and send out a tech to diagnose heat not working the same dayon a friday, especially impressed considering it's a warranty repair that covered full parts and labor. Had the part in by Monday and a tech to install on Tuesday. Jacob P was quite friendly and respectful. Can't ask for anything better.

We suddenly lost heat at this freezing temperature but HOUK managed to fix it the same day. Thanks to Jacob Perez for being so professional and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was running smoothly, he also answered all of my questions. Highly recommended.👍

Tracy, the AC technician, did a great job checking out our AC to ensure everything was working the way it should be. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He readjusted our fresh air ventilation system so it started working properly and adjusted our vents for maximum air circulation. He answered whatever questions we had and gave us some excellent tips. Five stars for Tracy and HOUK Air Conditioning!

Had problems with our heater in a new construction home. Houk was able to schedule a same day appointment. Miguel was extremely professional and explained everything. He bypassed the system, so we could temporarily have heat until he was able to come back to replace the necessary part. Great communication and quick service! Would definitely recommend.

Miguel and Tracy were extremely professional and had a great attitude, despite having to come out during the cold weather. They easily fixed the issue and we hardly knew they were there. Highly recommend these guys and this company, 10/10.

Shoutout to Jose and Nick for coming out to install a new part for my AC system. Both were very efficient and worked quietly, which I really appreciated since I was working from home.

Jose took the time to explain what was changed and what the previous technician had found. He also walked me through how to change the filters and how to flush the pipes using either chlorine or vinegar.

If you’re lucky enough to get Jose and Nick, you’re in great hands — I can confidently say they’ll do an excellent job.

Update for another amazing help from the Houk air team

request. He explained in detail how the airflow and pipes were functioning well, but that the physics favored the pipes with the same airflow direction. He adjusted the airflow to even out the distribution in the two rooms I reported.

He really goes the extra mile, so the Houk team has great people who are always willing to help.

Had smelly sock syndrome going on. I cleaned the drain and did the best I could with the vent ducts. Tech came and spit some knowledge. He found that my freon levels were not to the correct specs. He corrected the issue and the smell went away. Wife was off my back and I get to enjoy fresh air while watching movies. The yearly preventative maintenance service they provide is well worth it and it comes with a service discount if you system fails and needs service.

Great experience. They were fast and had excellent communication.

My AC/heater broke over the weekend. They were called on Monday afternoon and they had someone out on Monday night. They had to order the parts to fix it, got them on Tuesday evening, and had someone out to install/repair on Wednesday.

The technician, Miguel was great. He was very kind, courteous, and respectful. He did good, quick work.

Eduardo very knowledgeable got my AC running in about 10 minutes. Great guy good personality wonderful
