Kevin did a great job at my house in Katy. Got my heater working great. Armando also came out and was great.

We live in Houston, Spring area and we're having issues with our a/c cooling down the 2nd floor. Kurt came to our home and provided a thorough diagnosis of the problem and indulged our every question. Would definitely recommend this company and ask for Kurt!

The technician came out to inspect our furnace and did a full check. After reviewing it, he told me multiple parts needed to be replaced. He called the parts company and then gave me two options:
1. Repair with parts and labor for $2,300
2. Replace the entire furnace for $7,300

After leaving my home, he called again to mention they also offer a payment plan for the new furnace.
Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion. Another technician came the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed the furnace within 15 minutes. Total cost was only $200, and everything has been working perfectly since.
I appreciate their time, but the initial quote felt excessive and unnecessary compared to the actual repair needed. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs or replacements.

Inconsistent diagnosis, predatory pricing, poor customer support - very unfortunately, since some personnel were pleasant - just no follow through on promises and absolutely no inspection or service reports rendered during 8 months period with multiple visits.

Initially, we hired this company for a periodic inspection. They attested mid 2025 that the system was tip top, only needed some duct cleaning. I was away at work overseas, but suggested to my wife - this should be done, due to her allergies. Air Dynasty ended up charging over $3.5K for cleaning! A service that shouldn't be above $1K on average. This is no parts replacements, only cleaning.

Shortly after their service, my wife's allergies picked up and we started experiencing freezing on one of the system components, which after multiple visits by Air Dynasty - they did not address.

About half a year later - during the next periodic inspection, Air Dynasty's tech said that we need to complete a change-out of all ducts in the house! So 6 months between all is good to complete ducts changeover necessary, this time they asked for almost $7K!

the next technician stated we have a leak, even though my system is 2 years old after it was replaced. OK, we can do that, still under warranty. I asked them why no one else picked up on that? He said - they didn't have the right tools... Same company.

The second technician returned and this time recommended that we need to replace the entire system, for $40K! As such, we went from all is good - only a bit of a clean up necessary to Armageddon and need for complete system overhaul.

There were more inconsistencies of various nature, whereby a technician would poke a hole in our ducts, and then claim everything needs replacement.

I don't believe anyone in this company is evil or nothing - but collectively as an outfit, this is one of the most inconsistent services I've ever received.

Finally, despite calling managers on multiple occasions - and getting promises that I will be getting service reports for all of these visits and diagnosis - none were provided for weeks. I called again today, classic response - we'll pass to our manager and they will get back to me. Nothing so far.

I'm not putting names in this review, which is subject to edit, but neither in technical advice, nor in pricing, nor in follow up - this company was able to deliver. I am not saying they are incapable, perhaps I am just a bad case, but at the same time there isn't a semblance of an attempt to rectify this situation either. At some point, they simply suggested that I go with someone else... even though they promised a service. Perhaps the market is so good that one customer won't matter, but this is sub par performance in all regards.

Their folks are pleasant and polite, but service must be judged by results. I asked for help, especially due to my overseas work assignments - and got nothing. Very unfortunate - this.

3/9/26 - Received a call back from owner/manager, rendered my side of the story, the only thing officially requested - were the reports for the visits taken place in the last 6-8 months (between original cleaning and now). Company rep stated that they won't be providing any... Noted that on numerous occasions, the gentleman attempted to pass personal judgements on me, and when he started calling me "cheap" and other names - I did not engage, remained polite, explained that they are entitled to their opinion and refused to deviate from business-only type conversation. When he confirmed that no reports will be rendered for any of the prior visits - I disengaged in a gentleman like fashion by asking we go our separate ways and was obliged.

I stand by this review and it is unfortunate that originally struck reconciliation style tone did not result in a more favorable exchange. I do NOT wish any hard working folks in Air Dynasty any ill will, I wish them only the best. There is no need to respond or interact with me going forward.

They were extremely patient professional and knowledgeable - they were very thorough and explained all of the possible options for us to make an informed decision,. I highly recommend them. Jonathan came to my home in Katy about my furnace problem and I must say I am impressed with the immaculate customer service I received! He dumbed everything down so I can understand everything and was very patient with the questions I had. Very informative and they made sure I was squared before this major freeze were having. I’m very satisfied with the services I received.

Alex came out serviced my system told me what the issue was right away no hassle gave me my options to multiple solutions definitely recommend him and air dynasty in Katy Texas 77441.

Your technician Kevin came by to service our air conditioning unit in the houston area North Houston Harris County near Beltway 8 and TC Jester in the Lincoln Green Subdivision and did a fantastic assessment.

Kevin came to my house in Magnolia and identified and fixed our a/c system and in a timely manner. Very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Had great service completed by Armando. He was on time, had excellent communication and explained his findings to me so I would understand next steps. Definitely recommend this company!

Excellent service from the Bryan O technician. He was on time, courteous, and very thorough with the repair. He also made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate the quality work.

I had one of the worst experiences with Air Dynasty. Casey (shown below), the technician who came out, tried to scam us by claiming we needed an entirely new air conditioning system costing nearly $20,000, when all that was actually needed was a simple filter replacement for about $200.
He also said he’d give us a “free part” supposedly worth $400 if we left a good review, but that same part costs $16 on Amazon. When we questioned him, he became defensive and argumentative.
To make matters worse, he promised someone would come fix it within an hour, but no one showed up for over five hours. The entire experience was dishonest and incredibly frustrating.
Casey and Air Dynasty are running a scam — avoid this company at all costs. They are misleading, unprofessional, and not to be trusted.

Eduardo was great! He was on time and had a positive and professional attitude. He checked my system and gave me tips on things I should do to keep my system in tip top shape. I will definitely keep Air Dynasty in mind when I have any AC issues.
