Joseph and his crew came in to inspect my air coditioning did wonderfull job very kind and explained all the datails we will call hem agin if we need it!

He diagnosed and cleaned and repaired our dryer vent system. Lowe’s wouldn’t install due to current situation. I called many people without knowing what I needed really. It turns out I didn’t have a vent tube inside my wall to the outside of the house, which I was totally unaware of. Our dryer blew lint all inside the wall causing a huge fire hazard. Jonathan was informative and courteous and very thorough. Lowe’s was very minimal in letting us know what we needed fixed, which made it difficult to get a service man out here. We are very satisfied with this company, and not so much with Lowe’s.

Had a brush stuck in my dryer vent and they managed to get it out. Somehow. Great work done quickly for a fair price.

Horrible service! Technician arrived near 10am. Told us we need air ducts cleaned because of mold. Told us the job would take 2 hours. Technician was only here maybe an hour and said the job was complete. (1st red flag) He left. I also left to run some errands. I got back home and my house was 80 degrees. The thermostat was on but there was no air blowing from the vents. (2nd red flag) I called Technician and office. Technician suggested that i send my 12 year old son into the attic while he would be on face time and show him what switch to turn back on the AC . Both the office and the technician said that someone would be back out to check it. I was told multiple times that a technician would be returning in an hour. I called every hour for the next 4 hours only to be told that it would be another hour. He finally arrived at 6pm. After numerous calls the same Technician returned and could not figure out why our AC was not blowing air. (3rd red flag) Mind you--the AC was working when he arrived and not when he left. He could not figure out why it was not blowing air and told us that we needed to have an electrician come out to see if there was something wrong. We had numerous contacts with the office and no resolution. We basically paid 1600$ to have our AC not working! We would never recommend this company to anyone!

They Couldn’t find my exterior vent exit, suggested I pay $3500 and tear walls apart to install new dryer vent. I then found the exterior vent and they did a “deep” clean and charged me $1500 and half assed the new vent cover installation

I used them for my ductwork cleaning and was very happy with the results. Joseph and his team was very helpful and nice. I will use them again in the future!

I had a great experience with this company for my air duct cleaning. The team was professional, on time, and really made sure everything was done the right way. You can honestly feel the difference in the air now. Joseph and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I couldn't be more happy with the results I got from all day air duct. The job was quick joseph walk us through all the processes and we got much clearer air to our house.

UPDATE: The technician returned to my home and the lower floor vents were not cleaned. We did learn our home only has one unit but 2 Plenums and apparently that is the reason for missing them.

Only get a 1 because it doesn’t have a ZERO. Not sure how this company works but the technicians that came quoted $1200 to chemically clean our vents due to mold. When we said we needed another quote and we’d let them know they could miraculously do a 10% discount after talking to the office. We let them go ahead. They only worked upstairs and said they were done. I said what about downstairs and he assured me they could reach it from upstairs. I paid but they had me write the check to SUPER CLEANERS. I then figured the primary company probably doles out work to other contractors and my guy was his own business. My husband is an asthmatic and immunocompromised compromised and had some trouble through the night and morning. I began vacuuming because there was dirt and debris from the attic. I then found 3 rooms with a film of black bust and debris. I realized they did not cover the vents and use a suction to keep the dust from being sent out into my house. They had attempted to clean the bathroom but failed miserably. I filled out a server with a bad rating and received a call back from the technician who wanted to makes it right. I told him was he going to clean my house and launder all my bedding. I sent him photos via text and again he assured me they cleaned the downstairs from upstairs. We removed downstairs covers and found mold. I tried to call ALLDAY AIR DUCT to speak with a manager or owner but only got telephone an operator who did scheduling. Everyone I spoke with had an accent and failed to grasp what I was calling about. Could not explain how the company worked. I was offered to have a technician come out and make it right. They lied the first time I don’t trust that it will be done right later. Did a search of their license number and did not come up with this company or even a dba.

Military air personifies exemplary service and quality customer service. Cody and Chris especially were very knowledgeable in walking me through the whole process of replacing my evaporator coil. These guys are awesome would most definitely recommend.

Military air came to my house this weekend on a moments notice. My
A/C stopped working and was not blowing air. They were able to fix the issue on the spot. There were very informative and very professional.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and everyone we cAme in contact with who works for them. Our home warranty company sent them out when we found condensation in our attic, Jonathan came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He even tuned up our AC when I mentioned I was worried our AC would break with a Newborn in the house in the heat of the summer.
Cody and Edgar came out to replace our drain pan and were knowledgeable and professional and educated us about a few things to keep our eye out for in the future. I would use this company again with or without our home warranty being involved.

Military Air has been so helpful with the process of dealing with our home warranty and getting our AC working again! The tech Jonathan was great - showed up early and kept in touch with his schedule so we weren't sitting around waiting.

We had them come out a on a home warranty call. They showed up when they promised and quickly foudn the problem was that a prior AC contractor had gotten our AC working in the summer but had set wiring to have the blower come on only for AC and not at all for heat! It was too late to get the proper part that day, but they made us their first call the next business day and had us up and running within 20 minutes. They also gave us some good ideas to help get our house cooler in the summer months. I look forward to using the in the future.

On Monday 3/30 I called for service on my A/C talked to a gentleman in the office who worked to get me in asap. I got appointment for the following day Tuesday 3/31. The technician came out as promised checked the unit and repaired in a matter of minutes..... as always great service from this company. BTW I live near the coast and they are out of Houston a little distance, but again always great service.

Here waiting for the second time for them to show. They give 4 hour windows for coming. There’s about 10 minutes left within their window today and no one has arrived, no one has called, and no one picks up their phone. Someone by the name LORETTA DAVIS finally responded to my email and it was the worst response I have ever received. They said they are not doing tune ups at this time and to just call my warranty company to reschedule. They also made a big deal to say they came one day but no one showed up. They didn’t call me to say they arrived and my cousin didn’t hear them - honest mistake that we apologized for hence the rescheduling. Why did you reschedule me twice for a tune up then and waste my time?? Worst AC company I have ever worked with. 0/10. They should be shut down.

Received a text confirming my technician was on his way in the designated window. Arrived promptly. Gerald was my technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He completed a thorough inspection of my system and got everything back working in tip-top shape. I would highly recommend Gerald and Military Air for all of your AC and heating needs!

They did a great job. Thanks for all the support and customer service you showed me and my family. The office scheduler called me to schedule a appointment for the same day( she was very sweet I think her name was chanel) When the tech arrived ON TIME he let me know what all what was going to happen. The office manager Loretta called me to let me know they were going to get my a/c working again. She is awesome!!!!!! He fixed it right away!! Me and my family had a great sleep that night with the A/C working like a champ. THANK YOU FOR GETTING THIS SCHEDULED SO FAST AND WORKING AS A TEAM!!! I don't really write reviews but this company needed one.

I called military Air. I was answered right away. I had no ideal what was wrong with my ac. I talked over the phone with a gentleman named Scott. He assured me that everything's okay and he's here to help. I set up a service to my home and he arrived 20 minutes early . Listend too and answered all my questions and concerns. My home is whole again and I would personally like to thank this gentlemen. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family thank you again Scott you went above and beyond.
