Armando was extremely nice and professional. He came to do a maintenance checkup. He was on time, efficient, and changed my air filter. He was even polite and cleaned up the mess he made from going into the attic to check the furnace. Air Dynasty has a great employee in Armando and I would recommend them to anyone seeking HVAC maintenance, repairs or replacement. Air Dynasty also installed my new unit two years ago in the middle of the summer and that was very well done.

Tech Kevin came out to my home in Jersey Village for our annual hvac system maintenance and inspection. He was friendly and professional. We have used Air Dynasty for several years and have been impressed with their service every time.

Estefany at the office is an amazing girl!! Called to book an insulation quote and she was able to book me in less than 2 hours of me calling!! Was attentive to all my concerns and questions. And Kevin is an exceptional technician! Took the time to show me my old insulation, didnt try to upsell me, showed me my issue and fixed it same day!!!!

Had a new HVAC system installed in my mom's 1955 house. It never had central AC or heat. This means there was no prior duct work already preinstalled. She super old. I decided to completely remodel the house before she retired (68). Took me like 2 yrs on the interior because I was doing as much of the work myself as I could. New wiring, plumbing, etc. I insulated the crap out of her house (I'm talking overkill) and heating was no longer a concern. The house was super warm during winter and a small heating unit could literately heat most of it by itself. Insulation definitely helped with cooling during the summer but still needed an AC unit to be comfortable. I refused to suffer another year of summer without good AC in this house (we live in Houston, TX). I didn't have any extra funds at the time of the remodel to do the HVAC as well, so decided to wait until I recovered.

I contacted these guys (and others) around early Dec 2024 and they were one of the 1st ones to immediately contact me back. (My thinking was to get the new HVAC system installed before summer came and most companies would be too busy or lead times long.) It turns out they are headquartered like 10min away from my mom's house so their service rep literately came to check out my mom's house after I got back from work. I don't get home until around 7-8pm everyday. He checked everything out including the attic. I mention the attic because the roof pitch is low on my mom's house so almost no room in the attic (old school build) so that meant he had to make sure there was room for the air handler to fit or find a way to install it elsewhere. He did measure and verify it could be done. He calculated the correct condenser, air handler, number of vents, etc. that would be needed based on the dimensions of the rooms/house.
He gave me a fair quote but note the following:
My mom's house is really small. (2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room)
I already had the needed 240V dedicated breaker box installed on the correct location (I had my electrician install it when he replaced the main electrical panel to the house) so that part was already done.
I went with an electric air handler not gas.

I wanted to wait on posting a review until I really tested out the HVAC system and put it through its' paces. Had it installed mid Dec 2024. It is now late Dec 2025 and so far no issues with the install or system performance.

I went with these guys because:
Headquartered so close to my mom's house and doing this job would be no issue for them.
They didn't have any jobs at the time so they could start immediately if I wanted to.
Fair quote (my motto is do it right, do it once)
They did offer financing through a 3rd party company. (more on that later).
They did have mostly good reviews on the installs work and I really cared a lot about that because, I had just remodeled everything and didn't want someone who's going to damage all my hard work, leave holes, leave it looking ugly, etc.

I decided to finance through the 3rd party because it was way quicker to get approved and get the job started faster than me going through my bank. (Christmas was also coming up so that meant it would take even longer).
Note the following:
Interest Rates will be higher going this route. (go through your bank if you have the time.) They had estimated my monthly payment and I had already planned to pay almost 3X that amount monthly so the interest rates are not as big deal to me.
They don't have anything to do with the loaner on interest rates, monthly payment amount, etc. They just give them the invoice of the total amount for the job so they can get paid when done. Haggle and negotiate with the loaner on getting a better interest rate, etc. first, or walk away and get the funds elsewhere.

They arrived 2 days later and took them 1.5 days to complete the job. They were careful and clean with the entire work. Jobs like this, be present or available to verify it's how you want it so there's no misunderstandings or mistakes.
I am satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.

Feb 23 was given a quote to replace insulation and lining as well fix duct to home. $10,000 was the price. They didnt do anything with insulation and lining. I just got a receipt from them on mar 4 because they didnt send one at start. Just bad business.

Update: Now 80 in my home with 4 vents not blowing and the rest of them being very weak. This company really left me in a bind with my 5 kids. Cant wait to see my electricity bill.

Update 2: I got called dumb which is wonderful beside that they want to insist waiting until Tues Mar 10 to have a brain storm on what went wrong. Cant wait to see if they will make it right.

I came home after work and found heat not working. I called Universal Heating And Air Conditioning and they came out same night, I really thought I would have to wait until next day- I was so thrilled when they got there an hour later. The repair was quick and most importantly affordable. Keep up the good work guys

The technician arrived ahead of schedule. He was personable and completed the furnace inspection in a timely manner. He even tried to help me with a hallway closet door that I couldn't get opened. A very nice man!

We used this company for AC in our business office. It's still not working properly! It's dumping out hot air into our back office. We've tried contacting the installer several times with no resolution up to this point. Integrity is the heart of your business and we believe you should stand behind your work!
We are very disappointed this issue has not been resolved!

Alex has been our follow up technician for annual service calls. He absolutely knows his job, and always takes the time to answer my questions without hurrying me along.Recommended.

When our old AC failed recently, we decided to replace both the air conditioner and our equally aged furnace. After reviewing the many quotes, we received we decided to go with Universal Heating And Air Conditioning for the purchase and installation of a new Lennox system. Not only was the pricing the best, but the installation of the units was done professionally and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Nice experience!

I found Alex working on my neighbors HVAC units and I took his number and called him up the following day. Alex was very accommodating and came out the very day I called and was able to diagnose and suggested a replacement. His reason for replacement made a lot of sense and we scheduled it the following week. Really great work and excellent workmanship. I recommend them highly.
