Excellent service from a guy that should be designing systems rather than repairing them. If he can't fix what you need fixing I'll bet anything it can't be fixed. All we needed was a new igniter. Easy fix right? Wrong. Our system was so old it was hard, if not impossible to find parts. Not a problem for a Marine, Semper Fi, adapt and overcome. Take three igniters to piece together one that works and we are back with heat before the temp dropped to 19 degrees. We have on old outdated system that our home warranty will not replace, so whether servicing this one, installing a new one, or any heat and AC issue we have, we are sticking with Scott and military air.

Scott and his team came out and tackled a coil issue that was bungled by a previous company. Scott showed up on time and diagnosed the issue and corrected it quickly and a couple of issues he found for a reasonable price. On time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service....what else can you ask for? Highly recommended !

​Above and Beyond exceeded all expectations! Desiree was incredibly helpful and was able to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date when my AC broke down. Scott, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and right on time.

​Not only did he clearly explain the AC repair process, but he also gave me valuable advice on how to improve its performance. He even noticed that my water heater vent was in the wrong position—a potentially dangerous issue—and fixed it for me. It turned out my AC just needed a new capacitor.

I was having a ton of issues with my HVAC system and I have an awkward schedule, these guys worked with me every step of the way to meet my needs! Quality work, good pricing, and speedy delivery of services.

I had them come out approximately a year ago to replace the board on my ac unit. They Jimmy rigged the wiring which started causing shorts all through the system and my house. Now im stuck paying a different guy to fix what this company did wrong. Their terrible wiring job caused my blower motor to go out completely and my warranty company denied my claim due to "not normal wear and tear" Which was additional stress put on the system due their poor craftsmanship. All that "military" talk is just their way of disarming you, so you can feel ok about them robbing you. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Its a shame companies use the military as a ploy to scam people. You've been warned!

Never showed up after ghosting us multiple times. Extremely unprofessional and difficult to contact. The one time that they did show up, they were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone.
