MB Mechanical did the first maintenance on my Generac generator. I am impressed with the work done by Juan A., the technician. He was professional, efficient, and patiently and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. I’m glad I found them and will continue using them for service.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Felix and his team are so professional and honest. Quick to respond & easy to schedule, text updates on when to expect tech with photo to confirm their identity. Although they were not able to to fix our issue during the visit ( part needed to be ordered ) the tech Juan explained exactly what was wrong and what we needed to fix the issue and managed to sort it so our fans would run to have air circulation until the part comes in.

Juan and Luis were great to talk too and very respectful! They checked numbers of my a/c unit and explained what they meant. Juan texted me that they were on their way to my house. From now on, 7 is my lucky # !

They installed a Reme' whole house air purifier. Also, cleaned ducts and vents. Very knowledgeable on products, did not try to upsale and arrived on time. House air quality seemed better almost immediately. Very pleased overall.
