He worked tirelessly well into the night. Before he left, he made sure that everything was working well. Going in and out of the house in the heat. David we truly appreciate you and all that you did. Had my appointment completed today with David R. TECH was onetime professional and very knowledgeable and took time explaining the process step by step during his inspection. Provide options on how to proceed with the repairs I would along with providing a detailed report for me to us when contacting the previous company that installed the unit.

Horizon Air Solutions customer service is excellent! They replaced our 5 ton unit in summer of 2020 and we called on them again to replace our second unit, 2 ton, this June 2024. The teams are fast to respond, and the price quote was less than what the competitor’s were quoting. Horizon is efficient and they leave the area clean after working. I would recommend using Horizon Air Solutions when you experience issues with your a/c unit in this Texas heat.

AC went out last year in peak Texas heat. They managed to get us in and fixed up quick! Very professional, reasonable pricing, excellent quality, excellent service, and much more. Even when we started to have issues with the heater once the winter season came around, they came out asap , even at late hours, to ensure our problems were fixed. I would 10/10 recommend this company. Super friendly and the check up to see how everything is from time to time!

I have to say this company did a great job. There was an issue with not being able to get the unit up into the attic because the attic stair opening was not big enough. They removed the attic stairs and was able to get the unit into the attic. They replaced my air ducts and I have to say that was a big upgrade from what I had. They were able to get everything back in place ever the attic stairs. My home is much more comfortable due to the air circulating more. I had spoken to Jorge and he made sure everything was done and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the service I received. The guys who did the install were awesome. Very polite and explained everything to me before doing it. I highly recommend Horizon if you want the job done right.

Excellent customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars. My downstairs Heater went out day after new years. I had been struggling with my home owners warranty company from r several days for someone to come out and check the issue. Decided to find someone on my own. Reached out Horizon and they came out same day. Diagnosed and came back next morning and fix the problem. Having to pay out of pocket to replace furnace they worked with me with payment options. I’m a very grateful to them. Do not think twice on contacting them if you having any type of issues relating to HVAC.

Set my unit on 75 when I left the house came back 2 1/2 hours later it was running and the temperature said 80 immediately. I started to call around since it’s a holiday weekend and try to find someone to come check out. No one would come out until Tuesday. Then my friend reminded me of this co. They fixed his system and we got a maintenance agreement also. David was the technician very polite informed us of everything he was doing and what it needed. he also told us about the maintenance agreement for the future. I highly recommend the co and I will ask for David. He checked both units train system 4 ton & 3 ton

The men who came to install a new ac in our home were very professional and friendly, efficient and accurate diagnosis and repair, fair pricing, and a trustworthy team. Not only did they offer financing but their price beat out all the other offers I received! They were able to schedule me for that same week but an opening came up and they ended up coming the next the day! Best pricing, great financing options, and awesome customer service is hard to find! Top tier service is being offered by this company do not pass them up!
