Ronnie was awesome. He made sure we got exactly what we needed at a very reasonable cost. His guys were out the next day and had us up and running within 4 hours. They were very professional they made sure to lay down stuff to catch any material or debris they may fall while I the attic. They picked everything up when they left you couldn't even tell they were there. Highly highly recommend and will only use safe air for all our future a/c and hearing needs.

We had a new Trane 3.5 ton a/c unit with furnace installed by Safe Air LLC. Ricardo was the was the comfort representative who came out and and surveyed our situation. He made recommendations on size of the unit as well as other things. He was very knowledgeable. After the deal was made they sent out a knowledgable crew lead by Juan who was also very experienced and completed the job in about 6 hours. If you want the best deal on a new Trane a/c system I suggest you contact Safe Air LLC.

from a critical customer - OUTSTANDING all around. The estimator came out two hours after I called. The team installed the next day. Safe Air was the lowest price of 4 quotes, with the highest quality product - Lennox. When I had a question, the OWNER called me! The installation team is highly qualified, expertly knowledgeable, wonderfully considerate & courteous. This is an all-around excellent experience. Oh, and 10 years parts and labor warranty and 1-year free service.

I’d like to give this company more stars but I ran into an issue with the city inspection services and it appears that a permit was not pulled for this install. I reached out to the local rep and he said they pull a permit for every job yet the contractor working on the rest of the project (took over for the previous contractor) cannot find record that a permit was ever pulled. If SAFE AIR, LLC would like to correct me on this, I’d be happy to change the review as the local rep and installers were actually pretty easy to work with.

My ac finally gave out. Safe air was on time. Very reasonable price. Helped us get approved. And got the job done the same day. Would recommend.

My credit was not good but his prices for a system was great and he found a company that would finance me and get me in the price range I wanted to be at for a bill. Great company. They installed my 2 ton for my little house 🏠 for about $6300. 10 year warranty on parts and labor subject you get your unit maintained twice a year via SafeAir. The first year is free and years after that is $350 a year for scheduled maintenance. Not bad. Mine has been working great this past week. In10 years, will purchase a new unit. 😂😁👌

Had my AC system replaced by these lovely folks, Ricardo did the original quote. He also assisted me throughout the entire process with any questions (no matter how big or small) and took his time to carefully explain everything to me from financing to how long the replacement would take.
The work was done quickly and on a Saturday, the day after I finalized the paperwork with them! They were not the least expensive option, however they were the option I trusted the most when it came to this massive undertaking. Two three ton trane systems installed in less than 7 hours.
All in all, great people, great service, and a good price overall. Very satisfied!

I contacted Safe Air because my upstairs unit wasn’t cooling and they immediately scheduled me for diagnostics. The technician came out and presented options and gave me the pros and cons of each. After his thorough/ patient explanation, I scheduled the installation of the new equipment. The installers greeted me upon arrival and immediately laid down protective gear to protect my flooring. The installers finished the job with no trace of them being in my home. I would definitely recommend Safe Air to friends and family.

I recently purchased a full furnace and air conditioner package from Safe Air LLC, and overall I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service I received from start to finish.

The ordering process was super easy, smooth, and straightforward. I’d absolutely recommend Safe Air for how fast they handled everything. In fact, the system was installed just 16 hours after purchase, which was a huge relief in this Texas heat.

That said, I did run into some concerns during the initial installation. The installers that first came out weren’t very strong in communicating with us during the process, which left me feeling unsure about certain parts of the setup.

However, this is where Cal the owner really stepped up. He personally called me to help resolve the issue and made it a point to get things right. He submitted a direct service order, and the technician Ryan showed up. Ryan was excellent. He communicated everything clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. Big thanks to him!

Later, when another issue came up, I reached back out to the company, and once again, Cal was right on it. He didn’t hesitate to put in another service order and sent out Cody and Jeremy, who both did a fantastic job. They kept in touch clearly, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable with what was being done. Great guys appreciated the chats, too.

I highly recommend Safe Air LLC. Cal truly goes above and beyond for his customers. It’s clear he cares. If you’re not happy he’s not either. That level of care and commitment is hard to find these days.

We needed to replace our AC ASAP and Ricardo not only called when he had an earlier availability the morning of but within an hour of speaking with him, we were convinced. Robert came out to give us an estimate for replacing our old 2 ton unit on July 20th, 2022. He is very knowledgeable, a veteran, and all around a good guy. Very clear communication in all aspects of the process. We chose to do financing, and the process was super simple and fast.

Robert had a crew out the very next day to remove the old unit and install a new one (with feel like temps of 100+ & probably 120+ in the attic). Everyone involved was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs AC work done.

Man, I was dreading replacing my a/c unit. For 3 years, I kept saying….just one more year. Well, my luck ran out.
I called Dave on Tuesday and had a new a/c unit installed by Wednesday at 1pm. He was significantly cheaper than everyone else and communicated well. His crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely professional. I wish I had called him 3 years ago. Now I have 10 “worry free” years (parts and labor) when it comes to my Lennox.

I recently bought a house and I started to have issues with both of my units after few attempts to fix the issues with another A/C company my warranty company contacted Safe Air LLC and send me Erik (service tech) I strongly suggest to ask for him he went above and beyond to really try to understand where the real issue was not just put a patch on it. It's really hard to find honest and professional people now a days but I'm glad Someone still have a good working ethic.
