Tomas and his team did an excellent job with our new system. He spent a lot of time talking with us about what we liked and didn't like about the system we had so that he could recommend the best system for us. He installed shortly thereafter. It's been a couple of months, and we can tell the a/c is balanced throughout the house. Excellent work!

I had an issue with an A/C for a house I was selling. I called Vo's Air Services and asked them to fix it. I've used them to service my properties for several years. They do the work without the need to be there and send me photos so I can see the problem or repair. If everything isn't perfect the first time they always come back and make it right. That's all you can reasonably ask of a business.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The previous owner of our house used this company to install a brand new AC. Initially AC seemed to work perfect. Within less than a year we had several bathroom leaks. We thought it was initially due to the bathroom pipes. However we were told that the AC was installed into the bathroom pipes instead of running the line outdoors. We were in disbelief that this had been done improperly, so we consulted two additional companies. All three companies confirmed that the AC connections VIOLATED THE HOUSTON CITY CODE. Do not use this company. Even if it seems like a good price you will PAY for it later. .

After consulting the owner of the company, my husband and I were told that since a contractor was used (and we couldn't remember the name of the contractor) that it was our fault and that there was nothing that could be done.

We were never informed of the problem and that the AC was installed improperly. We were not adware that it was not up to city standards. After hiring a reputable company and discovering that the installation was incorrectly performed , we were forced to pay over 500 dollars to fix the AC connection and now we are left with a damaged wall filled with black mold that the company refused to take responsibility for.

Again, saving money now will hurt your pocket later if you choose to use this company. Sure your AC may work perfectly, but it may violate the Houston city Code due to the use of illegal AC connections

The reply is false. The owner states that I was never a customer. Then how does 2-5 make sense. We never purchased “as is” The inspection was done prior to purchasing property but we were promised new installation of AC after purchasing house. The company installed AC after we moved in and it took them approximately a week to get it up and running. We remained very patient during the process, even though it was during the hottest months of the summer. We were never told that the installation was not compliant with the city of Houston or that more work needed done. We were forced to get it repaired before talking to Vo because Vo never responded and we had a ruined wall in our home. I believe in the right fix, not the cheap fix. If I had the information that Vo claims, we would have avoided that entire predicament.

Vo Air has replaced both of my AC units, they were punctual, their rates are lower than others but most importantly they followed up to ensure that everything is working properly even after they are paid.

Have worked with Vo's air service and am very happy with the service. Very professional, responsive and did a great job replacing only the obsolete R22 system rather than the whole system. Using the existing air handling unit saved thousands of dollar compared to the quotes we got from other AC companies. Would definitely recommend to this company and will use them again in the future.

I called Vo's Air Services this morning because my heater stopped working last night. He was very responsive and was at my house just an hour after the call. He fixed the problem with my heater very quickly and now my heater is up and working. I am very grateful for his help and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Vo's air service installed my new AC system. He was the most competitive price, extremely fast, professional and cleaned it spotless. Extremely easy to work with. Also had a separate electrical problem with my furnace and he immediately found the issue and had it repaired the next day. Vo's Air Service has worked on my AC units for over ten years. They have installed new units when needed and I rely on them for my annual inspection and maintenance.

I appreciate how much they pay attention to detail. Before entering the house they put on shoe covers. Then they put down a cover under the stairs that go to the attic to catch any dirt or debris that might fall from the attic.

Vo and his crew saved the day. We decided it was time to replace our system and glad we used Vo's. We heard good experiences from several customers so gave them a shot. A big expense is always nerve wracking but Vo always responded promptly and made sure all questions were answered quickly. Communication was smooth and even an issue with a discrepancy on the quote was corrected in a way we both were both satisfied with. The crew was professional and did a great job. Twice I've needed help on short notice, and twice they've helped me out. First time was a motor replacement for my AC, second time I'm not sure but they helped me fast. Affordable prices, communicative. Highly recommend!

Jan 2026: Time number three has appeared! They've helped me again with at short notice and the fix done within an hour after my heat stopped working. Still heavily recommend.
