I purchased a new home and I needed the extreme dirty carpets in it cleaned. I spoke to Victor who made the process very easy. I don’t know how and what Pro- Fresh did, but man the change in color of the carpets is like magic. Wow!! . I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a jaw drop from such amazing work.

I wanted to give Tiffini and Pro-Fresh Houston a 5 star rating. But we had an appointment set up 2 weeks in advance and come the day of the appointment, she was a no call and no show. Then we had another appointment set up for her to return to finish the job, again she was a no call and no show and that’s after I have paid her for the work done, go figure! I tried multiple times to call and text her with no response. I finally was able to reach her partner Victor who said he would have her contact me, but guess what….I still haven’t heard from her, still waiting Tiffini! Buyer Beware!

Excellent service at an affordable price! The gal that cleaned my ducts was professional and definitely knew what she was doing. She even followed up with me a week later - I was surprised. I definitely recommend this company, and it will be my "go-to" duct cleaning company for my clients.

I’ve had my car detailed a few times since moving to Houston/Katy area. I haven’t been happy with any of my detailing services until I had Pro Fresh detail my car.

1) my dog and i shed hair like crazy and Tiffany had my car SPOTLESS. There was not one hair in site. Every crack and crevice was completely cleaned.
2) I was pressed for time and she was done in a timely manner and was great with communication through out the process. I thought I only had time to clean the inside but she was so fast I probably could have cleaned the outside too!
And 3) I had first class service with them coming to me instead of me having to drive anywhere! (That was honestly the best part)

I will Definitely be scheduling for monthly detailing for both inside and out! Thank you so much for taking care of me!
