Lovejoy visited my house in the middle of the heat during last summer's heat wave. They were very honest about repairing a leak and told me it my A/C unit was old but it still had some life left in it. I appreciate their efforts to treat customers fairly and when I do need a new A/C unit (or efficient heat pump) I will be calling them. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Lovejoy Mechanical for their honest and quality work. Over the years I have had much less from other HVAC contractors but this company goes to the top of my list. They made a minor repair without trying to sell me a $5,000 or $10,000 system. My A/C is old but still working. When it dies I will be calling Lovejoy Mechanical for a replacement.

They have been servicing our shopping center since we opened in 2008. The lady’s in the office are super nice I would 100% recommend for commercial or residential AC 👍

They came to install a brand new A/C (both in and outside units) for us on Oct 5th, 2017. The next day Oct 6th, the brand new A/C stopped working. I called them around 3 pm to report that issue and asked them to keep me posted on who's coming. They said that they would send somebody to take care of it. We waited and waited, nobody ever showed up last night. I have a 78 year old mother, who is handicap and diabetes. She needs the A/C badly. They left us stranded overnight without an A/C No call and no show. I don't recommend this A/C business service to anyone. I had to give them one star to be able to post this article but they shouldn't deserve any.

I would not recommend this company. They do not follow up on calls and give you the run around. The work they perform is poor quality. They will not perform a new install thoroughly and will leave lines disconnected amongst a slew of other problems. They have caused me to spend more money to fix their poor work. Save yourself and go with a company who is more reputable.

Joe is great, very honest and caring. If you have a problem with your AC or need a new unit definitely give him a call.

10/10 experience. Communication was very professional and they came right on time. They provided an honest diagnostic evaluation of our clogged AC drainage line after we had two technicians from other companies gave us ridiculously high quotes for non existent work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend using this company!
