From start to finish my experience with Horizon was easy, there was excellent communication, and the upmost professionalism. They had us up and running mere hours after I called them after our ac unit circa 1997 died. We were cool that night and in this Houston heat, time is of the essence. I called another company, as well, but they let a day and half go by with no quote. Even when I called to follow up, they were still dragging their feet. Not Jorge, Javier, and the rest of Horizon. They wanted our business and made it happen quickly. I liked them so much, I referred my neighbor who also used them & is very happy.

Special thanks to Javier, super profesional! he explain all options well, payment methods, installations etc, etc. Worked details friday or Saturday and by Monday installers show up and perform the work. Overall great people, I highly recommend them, the 2 shorty cuban were awesome too.. lay out carpets in the floor. Puckup all debris and very. Very happy.

Javier appointment schedule is spot on, saids at 2pm I will be there is at 2pm not 3:30... so I appreciated that very much... call Mr. Javier, choose your options, you wont be dissapointed.

This a GREAT company! I had two 4-ton HVAC units (not LENNOX) that were 15 years old. The upstairs unit was no longer working and the other unit was barely maintaining the downstairs at 86 degrees. I had been spending a lot each year for maintenance so I decided to replace them. I had several friends who had LENNOX Signature systems that were at least 15 years old and were still working well so I contacted a couple of LENNOX dealers in my area. The first quote I received was definitely out of my price range, so that salesperson suggested that I consider the less expensive Elite or Merit product lines. The next day, Ricardo from Safe came to give me an estimate. I told him that I was disappointed I couldn't afford the Signature series but maybe I could get two 4-ton Elite units. He still wanted to at least give me an estimate for Signature units before he quoted the Elite products. He actually quoted a price for two 5-ton Signature units with additional maintenance,
additional return vents and communicating thermostats that was 44% less than the estimate from the previous dealer. I said yes, let's go!
The next day an installation crew from Safe arrived in the morning and had everything up and running by 6 pm, the old equipment hauled away and the house and attic cleaned up. But Safe wasn't finished yet. The next day Ryan, a QC guy, spent several hours inspecting and testing the installation and told me all was good but he still had a few recommendations to make. The next day the installers were back and spent almost an entire day again making adjustments, installing different size filters, adding more refrigerant, etc., etc. Erik also came by after the crew left and introduced himself (I believe he is the installation manager), and texted me his number in case I need to reach him for any reason.
Needless to say, I am glad I chose SAFE!

Ricardo helped us choose the right AC system for our home. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We met with Ricardo on a Wednesday and had our new AC system installed on Thursday. I highly highly recommend Safe Air.

Great experience with this company. Jerry helped us with estimating costs to replace 2 17 year old units. Gave us a price that couldn't be beat and was half the cost of other estimates.
On installation day, Hilario was the lead technician installing 2 units in 1 day. He was professional, kept me informed on progress of the work and answered any quotations I had. He kept his crew on task and the job was finished by 5:30pm. Both units are working great. Ashley called back 2 days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction & to schedule a follow up check of the new systems (Lennox).

I received multiple quotes on getting a new air conditioner and furnace for my home in Crosby, TX. Their prices were competitive. Dave was very knowledgeable and the Safe Air team got me scheduled right away. The installation crew did not speak much English but they knew exactly how to install the Lennox products efficiently and they performed a great finish on the job. Well done to this local business.

No complaints. We used Safe Air to upgrade our unit and everything went smoothly. The installers were professional and respectful of my home. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need them again but if I'm in this market again I will definitely give them a call.
