I’ve had an amazing experience with horizon air. They came out and install my a/c unit in only a day!! I really needed it before the Texas freeze and they came in prompt and early. Pricing wasn’t an issue as it was reasonable and they did a pretty good job

Javier with Horizon Air displayed AMAZING Customer Service. He honored the quote he previously quoted despite that prices increased after the quote. Javier is Friendly and personable. If needed We will by a Trane and hopefully get Javier again Because he also took the time to answer all our questions even the ones we asked more than once. Javier is a GRET ASSET tonyour company! Pleased with the service and response time. Did a nice professional install along with keeping it clean and making sure all the mess was gone, along with the system running properly before leaving. Price is reasonable to the market. Straight forward with the options and no upsale. I would recommend them.

Javier and his team did a great job installing our new HVAC system! I highly recommend Horizon Air Solutions.

Great experience. They installed two coils and two outside units. Installed a purifier, new pans and piping. Took about 8 hours total. They protected the floors and furniture while moving equipment. Quality of work is top notch. House is freezing finally. Highly recommend these guys to anybody.

I was beyond impressed with Horizon Air Solutions. They were kind and understanding to both my mother and I and I greatly appreciated their transparency and honesty - there were no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling attempts. Before Horizon Air Solutions, I had called two different companies. One up charged me a ludicrous amount and the other simply placed a bandaid so I would keep calling them at their convenience.
