I just had a full installation including AC, furnace, duct system, they stand by the word. The technician Mr. Ryan came by today and checked my AC putting new freon in that needed. He also made sure that the AC was cooling correctly. Feels really good inside after he left. He did an awesome job. I do recommend this company and he was very professional and straightforward which I'd like that.

Mr. Dwayne, the salesman was called being was told my AC needed an upgrade. I signed a contract and Monday was installed. Thanks

They went above and beyond when it came to replacing my entire system in a timely manner. Ronnie was especially helpful. He was attentive, thorough, explained everything in great detail, and really took care of us. All of our questions were answered and they were completely transparent. We will absolutely call on them again and again for any future Air conditioning needs!

After eight years of our upstairs AC not working, we finally chose SafeAir to replace our unit. The entire process was seamless, and they did an amazing job. Our upstairs is finally cooling again, which we’ve all been waiting for! I would definitely recommend SafeAir to anyone needing AC work.

Subject: Concern Regarding A/C System Installation and Maintenance Issues

Dear Safe Air LLC,

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the A/C system your company installed just a year ago. I paid a total of $10,000 for the system and an additional $2,000 for insulation, expecting a quality installation and service.

Unfortunately, I am now experiencing a leak in the system, and mold has developed on the air vents—this is unacceptable for a system that is only one year old. I contacted your office, and I was told that my maintenance plan had expired and that I would need to pay $300 to renew it, as well as $250 to drain the pipes.

I would like to clarify a few points:
1. I was under the impression that two maintenance visits were included per year. I did not miss any appointments—I was waiting for your team to contact me, as they had done before, to schedule it.
2. It is extremely concerning that such issues are occurring so soon after installation. My previous A/C system lasted over 30 years without mold or drainage problems.
3. I called promptly to report the issue, expecting support from your company, not additional charges.

I am requesting that your company:
•   Cover the cost of draining the pipes as part of the warranty or goodwill.
•   Address the mold and leak issues at no extra cost, as this points to a possible installation or design flaw.
•   Provide a full inspection and explain why this issue occurred within just one year.

Please understand that if this issue is not resolved in good faith, I will be considering other options, including reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau, leaving a detailed review, and seeking legal advice if necessary.

I hope to receive a prompt and professional resolution to this matter.

Ricardo Lozano was very knowledgeable and informative on the A/C systems offered and helped me make the right decision. I called as soon as Safe Air opened at 8am and before 8pm the same day I had a new system installed and cooling down my house. Everyone involved was very professional and helpful. I feel like I got a good deal on a good system and would definitely recommend their impeccable service!

We chose SafeAir to install a new 4 ton Variable speed Lennox system. Their price was thousands less than the competition and their 10 year parts and labor warranty was unmatched. We rated them based on installation and Service. Service has been great. Eric our service tech is always on point, friendly and professional. Its about a 4 hour drive for him to get here but always arrives when expected.
Installation was a challenging experience. What was to be a 2 day process turned into 4 days but eventually was completed and everything is running efficiently.
So overall I rate the Service Techs a 5 stars but installation a 2.5 star

Ricardo Lozano from SafeAir came to check on our system to identify issues. He gave us options and checked on what we have currently been offered. He was not pushy, presented us facts and alternatives as we were very hesitant especially with the $$$ a new system would cost us. My husband does a lot of research and Ricardo answered his concerns and explained the pros and cons of each system. After comparing systems and prices, we decided to proceed with the AC/Heating installation with SafeAir. All through out this process, Ricardo communicated with us ( even on a Sunday) to ensure the process goes smoothly. Day of installation, the team was on time, worked tirelessly and made sure the new quarter return location was done just right. Had an issue with my Lennox Digital Thermostat not communicating with the 5 ton unit. Based on the great online reviews of Safe Air and they are an authorized Lennox Dealer, I decided to give them a chance. Technician, Erik, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had my downstairs 5 ton unit working in no time. I am switching my annual maintenance plan over to them. Professional, on time, reasonable price. Good enough for me.

Ricardo did a great job! We received a complete HVAC system that was installed the very next day. Ricardo was there when installation was being done and also checked up on us later that evening to make sure everything was working Ricardo also did a great job explaining everything ahead of us making our decision, great price and financing terms were great ! I recommend Ricardo and his company to anyone looking for a HVAC system.

I needed to replace an old hvac system and could not have had a better experience with Safe Air. The whole team was super responsive from the time I inquired about a quote to removing the old and putting in the new, in less than 24 hours! Also did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. They weren’t pushy when I mentioned I was waiting on quotes from other companies, which ended up all being around the same prices. Since Safe Air was on top of their game and able to move quickly I decided to go with them and I do not regret it.

We installed a new Ac unit, 4 ton Trane Multi-speed, with Safe Air. They are very professional and responsive. The sales person, Mr. Will was with this project. He helped me a lot with answering all question nicely and professionally, throughout the entire process. Mr. Hilario and his team installed the unit, it was very neat and excellent job. Ryan, the technician was knowledgeable and dependable too. Safe Air's pricing was very reasonable when compared with other peoples quotes. My wife and I had new ductwork put in along with two air purifier systems. The representative we worked with was
Eric Sanchez. Super nice young man that was very responsive and spent a lot of time checking everything. We had two other quotes from other companies and they probably spent 10-15 minutes looking at our system. Eric spent about an hour or more I. The attic checking everything and even saved me a few thousand on a new heater which other companies told me it was burnt out. That alone sold me. Great company and great follow-up!!!!

Eric is the best. He took care of me answered all my questions and got me up and running nomatter how long it took. Ricardo did a good job as well.

Recently had my full AC unit replaced. Erik was super helpful and providing a full run down of what all was going to be completed and made sure all my concerns were addressed in regards to the replacement. Then the day of the ac replacement, Juan showed up with his crew (3 people total) and worked diligently to remove the existing ac fixtures in the attic and cleanly installed the new one. They were really nice, respectful, and hardworking. They made sure to lay down construction cloth to make sure the floor/carpets weren’t getting extra debris or dirt on them. After installation was done, they showed me everything that was done, the inside unit in attic, the new thermostat and outside condenser unit. Everything was new and installed very well. After they had left I had some minor technical issue with my thermostat/ac but Erik came by afterwards l, after his own shift to come make sure my issue was resolved. He went out of his own way to also make follow up with me the day after, as well as making sure everything was working even a week later- made sure to give me a call and ask if everything was going well. I’m glad I went with safe air for my ac replacement, not only was their warranty better than the competitors (I got like 7 companies to come out and give estimates) but their quote was very competitive as well. If you’re wanting to get your ac replaced, do look into this company as an option as I’m confident they will take care of you as they did with me. Big shout out to Erik, Juan, and the lady that answers the phone at their office/support line.
