It is rare that I leave a review, but Nate deserves this. He did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with our dryer which was causing condensation to form around our laundry room (turned out to be a builder mistake). He thoroughly snaked, cleaned and reworked the hose to vent properly to the exterior. Nate went above and beyond and left everything cleaner than before he arrived. Please use Pro-Fresh and ask for Nate!

Pro fresh did a great job on my dryer vent service. Had so much dirt / lent built up and they got it out quick. They also provided a free quote on other items I might need to get my house air quality back up to A+. Highly recommend these guys!

These guys are the best! We needed deep carpet cleaning and All we had to do is give them a call and Victor and the crew came through beautifully! We didn’t have to be there or anything which made our life a lot easier! Honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! Carpet looks brand new. Even the most difficult parts of it like the stairs are fresh and fluffy again. They even offered to clean our ac ducts !

Tiffany (and her backup partner) were so wonderful! I was so grateful to have her book me for an emergency duct cleaning for my dryer room as I was getting a worrisome notification on my dryer. They came in the next morning and were able to fix the issue! I loved their professionalism, their quick work, and their pricing! My A/c went out . I couldn’t get the thermostat to turn on . Gladly I was able to call and get my ac fix within a hour . The service comes with one year warranty with labor and the thermostat has 5 years warranty.

My light company switched out my thermostat and then my air went out shortly after. Anthony Silvas came out to service my system. He fixed my blower and thermostat and explained in detail how the system is supposed to work and what problems to watch for. He was very mannerable and I would recommend him to anybody!

I had such a great experience with Anthony, Exclusive Hvac Pros! He was so respectful — even took his shoes off at the door without me asking. Super polite, professional, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on.

He showed up right on time and made sure to keep me updated about what he was doing and why. Every time I called with a question, he answered and walked me through what to do step-by-step.
