Michael and Design HVAC truly are amazing! My parents AC went out in September (high temps around 98°+) and the moment we called Design HVAC. Michael was there to check everything out that same day and had everything fixed the next day to ensure my parents weren’t having to suffer in a hot house for longer than 24 hours. Now, a few days ago my heater went out (low temps around 38°) and again - Michael came to check out the issue same day and got the parts and everything fixed the following day. Design HVAC are life savers and they do everything within their power to make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They are the best!

Demasiado lentos para darte la orden, nosotros pedimos la orden desde en la mañana y llegamos en la tarde a levantar y todavía no la tienen lista , muy mal servicio. Y las personas en el mostrador muy malas caras , deverian cambiar de personal inmediatamente y que se pongan a atender a los clientes con amabilidad y cortesía. 😠

Es un pésimo lugar para quienes nos dedicamos al transporte de carga. Tardan muchísimo tiempo en descargar, normalmente es por la tarde, ya que tienen clientes que atender en la mañana. (Esta abierto al público).
Tal pareciera que los empleados, quieren lograr el mayor provecho del "over Time". Y el tiempo de los choferes que llevan mercancía, "es lo que menos importa". Así que consideren eso al agarrar estos viajes. Consideratan cobrar, unas 3 o 4 horas más, por demora. Porque es casi seguro que ya no cargarán en otro lugar, el día que descarguen ahí. Ojalá cambien su manera pésima de trabajar, por otra más efectiva.

Por favor todo camionero que venga a este lugar …. Venga sin apuro..z 40 trabajando y ninguno te descarga es una falta de respeto total .. no vengan. Aquí es la única forma de respeten al camionero… R

Trash. Took 3 hours to unload foam tubes. It was basically pool noodles.

The front counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable of products everytime I go in there.

Take 3 hours to unload trailer, two days in a row...it shouldn't take over 2 hours max...verrrryyyy slow people here. Truck drivers beware!!!
