FABULOUS SUPPLY STORE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great staff and REASONABLE PRICES. I have needed odd items and the staff at Winsupply are a million times better than going to a traditional hardware store. (Special Note to Women: as a woman it is often difficult to get assistance without "maybe you should check with your husband". None of that here). So impressed all around. This place is very bad for truck driver pickup or delivery they are very rude people my load was fcfs when I come here they receiver said your appointment at 10:00 am tomorrow when I ask him can you unloading today because tomorrow I have to book it another load I said I can’t wait until tomorrow the guy said I don’t care I go back to truck stop again when I come here 9:20am the same guy said I told you come back 10:00am I just wanted to you guys know please don’t come here if you trust me if not you can try one time very rude people

*SEMITRUCKS*: Some space to Overnight, they start at 7am, loading/unloading is ok, no restrooms, driver lounge, or vending machines available.

Told delivery appt 0700. Second time now nope you don’t have appointment you’re a work and for 3+ hours missing my next 3 deliveries. And Manny the receiver is very rude to truck drivers. Instructed to pull around to dock37 @12 but there’s still a truck in dock @1230. Rrrrr at drivers about parking but then doesn’t make sure dock is clear before instructing you to pull around.

Alan was well versed in his expertise. He provided all the possible solutions to how to find systems my issues. It would be a pleasure knowing Technician was sent out to my home again

Duwayne was awesome! He inspected everything, gave a a detailed report and options to fix the problems without trying to push for the upsell.

Marcelis was a great tech, came for ac repair. He communicated everything that he was performing on the ac. He advice me on some other maintenance that can be done. He was a great tech and a pleasure to have. Very knowledgeable and communicated all info in great detail to me.

Duwayne did a wonderful job of repairing our AC issue. He explained everything in detail and fixed it in no time.

Dwayne came out and fixed everything. He walked me through how dampeners work, what to look for to make sure they are working properly and was very professional.

So of course my air conditioner has to go out during Memorial Day weekend when it’s in the low 90’s. But I called Elmer’s for service and they were at my house within 24 hours. One of their best technicians, Larry showed up fixed the unit within an hour and had it back up and running. Then he schedules me for a maintenance serving on the spot.

Then Duwayne comes today and preforms a slue of checks preventive maintenance and gets both units ready for the upcoming summer heat !! He was polite and explained everything he did and even showed me short videos that he took with his iPad on what he did.

I can’t talk enough about how great Elmers and their service is and would definitely recommend using them.

Duwayne did a fantastic job! He gave me confidence to know my AC systems were running optimally. A starting capacitor failed on a 9 year old AC unit. Thank you Elmer.

Levy Pedraza was the tech who came out to check on my AC issue today. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Issue was resolved in short order and would recomend.

Duwayne was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He checked out and did the routine maintenance on both the heating and ac units. He noted that only 1 AC unit was protected by a surge protector and recommended I consider having that corrected along with other items. Would highly recommend Duwayne and Elmers.

I called for an A/C repair. They quoted me 3k for a compressor replacement under warranty. Then quoted 30k for a new unit. Then tried to charge me to dispatch fees because I have a 2nd unit in my house. I went with a different company for the repair and paid half of what Elmer wanted.

Duwayne's professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and expertise is top notch! He was very thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend and call Elmer's Home Services again! Ask for Duwayne...he's the best!
