Hector was very thorough. He explained and communicated everything with me as he worked. And he pointed out potential issues with my air filters and told me how to address them. He was very helpful and I will request him again for my next maintenance visit

I had my 6 month maintenance call on my heating unit today. Dewayne was polite and explained everything to me along with pictures. I would highly recommend him.

As a first time client I am very happy with the service provided by Elmer AC . They have a wonderful customer service staff and attended to my call promptly and the service technicians arrived on time and on schedule. I saw great professionalism and attention to details great customer service and they had my AC unit working within minutes . If I could give NEGATIVE starts, I would! I paid over $1,400 for a cleaning service in June 2025 and signed up for the maintenance plan. When the tech came in October 2025, he said the motor and coil were dirty. WTH? I just paid for a cleaning in June 2025. I was told the coils were cleaned , but not the motor because the tech apparently didn't open the whole unit. However, we could not find any pictures showing the coil was clean after the service I paid for. Then I was told the tech from June no longer works for Elmer's so they couldn't do anything about the motor not being cleaned. They tried to sell me a new motor for almost $600. After I raised some hell, they agreed to clean the coil, and had the nerve to send the tech from June ( who they said was no longer with them) to my house! They truly think I am stupid. They are willing to fully correct their mistakes, and lying to my face was totally unprofessional. I will NOT be renewing the maintenance plan.

Levy was able to quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explaining what was happening and provided options to rectify the issue without trying to overcharge or offer unnecessary services. Once we agreed on the repairs, Levy quickly went to work and was done a lot sooner than I expected. I would recommend Levy to anyone and will be asking for him for all future maintenance calls.

First time working with Elmer's today. If there is anything worth saying it's that they have integrity. Everything was explained well and thoroughly. All of my questions were answered and I was walked through all of the information. Working with Hector today restored my faith in people not taking advantage of others. Not enough good things can be said. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them. Thanks for everything Hector!

Today was my scheduled 6 month check in. Duwayne worked with me today and everything went great. Numerous pictures and videos showing what he did and why. Walked me through all the information. So far Elmer's is batting a hundred. Glad I found the company and even happier the quality of technicians they send out.

Duwayne came out to perform regular maintenance on my system. He arrived right on time and was very thorough and professional! At the end he went over everything he did and answered a few questions I had. I was very happy with the service overall.

After 9 days of no power thanks to hurricane, our ac did not come back on. We scheduled an appointment around 9 that night and Larry was at my house by 9:30 the next morning. Larry not only did a thorough inspection of the whole ac unit including the ducts, he showed me pictures and explained everything. He offered a variety of options to get us the outcome we needed with an expense we could manage. It was nice to have such transparency with an ac company. Duwayne came by for our service covered by our warranty through Elmer’s and has by far been the best service technician Elmer’s sent out to our home yet! He genuinely cares and did a thorough job making sure we were well taken care of. I will be requesting Duwayne every time from now on!

Elmer's AC....Duwayne was the ultimate professional- friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered all our questions. He was very thorough, and provided photos and videos of the work he performed. We are so pleased with the service Elmer's and their group of technicians provide. Elmer's did extensive work several months ago to thoroughly clean our HVAC system, and we were very satisfied. I greatly appreciate receiving a call from dispatch to confirm a tech was planning to show up as scheduled and a text notification when my technician was on his way. Dwayne was on time, efficient and explained everything he did for my heater maintenance. I would highly recommend Elmers.

Duwayne had to do a good deal of troubleshooting, and he described each step of what he was doing. He found some defective parts, as well as some parts which might need replacing, due to the age of the Rheem, 3-ton unit. He ran into a couple of trouble spots, worked through them, and had my unit up and running. Thank you, Duwayne. ✔️🎶

Levy is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He made me feel heard and listened to what my concerns were and took care of them and did not take advantage like a few other companies have. He gave me the education I needed to understand what was going on with my HVAC system.

By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with an AC technician at my home. I was expecting an upsell and an unpleasant experience with the traditional “back and forth” of what I “need”. This was not that. Alan was my technician and truly took the time to diagnose and repair my issue WITHOUT an upsell, without telling me I needed to spend more than what was necessary. He’s gained a customer for life!!
