Says they are open until 12 but got there 25 mins till and they were closed. What's good with have weekend hours if you're not gonna be open. Even when you call the number it says they are open.

So after leaving this review, they of course piped up of course saying they were open even though they clearly weren't. Kinda hard to be open when the front door is locked and the gate is pulled closed across door and no one inside or even in the parking lot. I had go across the street to another hvac place that was actually open.

They had my party when I couldn't find it at several other places. Super friendly staff.

They lied about my order. Made me drive all the way here just to say it’s not in stock. Didn’t want to help trace down the issue either.

The service was great they were able to find the motor I needed. Will recommend this place. Hollywood 5 stars.

Great service! Came in on a Sunday and figured out the problem with out selling us a new unit!

We hired a guy named Tom S. That worked for TDR Mechanical to put in a new unit in our house. The job never got completed and we paid in full the same day. I was told that the guy would have to come back next sat after I order a part (which I did) to install. Well the guy TOM got sick and then he said he would come the next weekend. Never came back - Text the company asked why Tom has not come back and he said that TOM moved to another state and They could not complete the job because It was not in my bid or scope of work. I have duct work that was not fixed in my attic and that was part of the scope of work and I have a part that was told to me to order and not installed. I paid in full for work that was not completed. AND TO TOP IT OFF. MY unit is sitting on cinder blocks and looks like poo.... I would not hire these guys or pay in full till all the work is done.

Bad customer service. They installed a unit for a home we bought in 2024. Miguel said as I was doing a walk through that the ac was under warranty. Fast forward a month, and the AC wasn't working on the day of move-in. There was a coil leak and no refrigerant...

On 7/5, Miguel kindly spoke to me and apologized for sending me an invoice as he would make sure the sellers would pay for this as it was an obvious issue under their ownership.

On 8/9 - Apparently the technician they sent did not get the work approved by Miguel and the sellers do not want to pay either.

Sounds like there was no warranty like he said there was in June 2024 when we did a walk through. And now he said the AC was installed in 2021 so there's no warranty.

Also, on 8/9 - He called to collect payment as he had scheduled a tech to take our refrigerant out.

Great (sarcasm) customer service. I even offered to hire them for a $2-3k job if they did not invoice me for the refrigerant. It's not even about the money. He just got paid $700 for horrible customer service and lack of clear communication (when he said house ac was under warranty in June 2024, only to change his mind a month later). Guess he values $700 more then $2-3k.
