TDR was great. Just got a 4 ton and 5 ton AC units installed by TDR.
I needed to upgrade my units and was in no rush. I had two other contractors come by for estimates.
The water tray was full and they pressured us for next day install because of frozen coils, low freon ect. We did some temp fixes while deciding on right contractor.
When Tom came for the estimate, he mentioned the tray was full again and it was a simple clogged drain and he would just take care of it for us because he can’t leave it like that. I knew I could trust them.
Ryan was very personable, didn’t pressure me for sale, he gave me specs, options and cons and pros.
He beat the other prices as he promised on day one.
He communicated when he got the units, confirmed day of install few times and texted when his crew was 20 minutes away as requested.
The crew was professional and polite. They also put sheets on the carpet, put the furniture back, cleaned afterwards and even replaced my filters.
Ryan over saw the work and picked up additional parts during the install.
I was happy with this choice and highly recommend them.
