Wonderful service. New inside and outside equipment changed out efficiently with minimal distribution to the home. Called with a concern the other day and they were out the next day to check our vents. Would recommend this company to anyone. Have dealt with Andy and is so friendly, efficient and helpful.

10/22/19: Andrew called and said he'd had a cancellation and asked to arrive early. That worked out well. He seemed knowledgeable and took his time inspecting both the A/C and heater for just a check-up. I'm always concerned about turning on the gas heater in the fall before having it inspected. I was disappointed that he couldn't take the readings on the A/C because of the temperature outside. I didn't realize that cooler outside temperatures would be a problem for that. The A/C has been cooling fine throughout the summer so I'll just call them back if I have a problem. The units are about 15 years old so I need to think about replacing them in the near future, but hopefully that can wait until next year.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. Always professional. Friendly staff. I have used this company approximately 10 years. Would recommend them to anyone needing ac or heater work done.

Had an A\C issue. Capacitor at first then shutting off for seemingly no reason.

Overall excellent service. Roy came out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was back early the next day to replace the motor blower and was done in less than an hour. Roy is very professional explained the problem very well and alternatives to fixing the problem

A-Plus came out today on short notice to give me a quote on my air conditioner replacement. They were the second company I had out and I was so impressed that I cancelled the company which was coming out tomorrow morning. They listened to my concerns and even provided an easy to read thermostat for my legally blind husband. I am extremely happy with everything they did!

I'm so incredibly lucky to find an extremely honest, highly skilled and professional service providers like A Plus. I've been using there services for almost a decade and they have always come through with flying colors.

I called A-Plus because I had a particular question about an American Standard air conditioning unit. I simply picked them out of the blue. Ray, the owner, actually was the person who called me back. Not only did he spend about 15 minutes with me on the phone, he answered all of my questions and provided me with extremely valuable information which will help me in the design of my new system. My builder has his own HVAC installation company, but I now know who I am going to use for service once the home is built. As a small business owner myself, Applewhite Dental Arts, I very much appreciate his professionalism and generosity with his time. I highly recommend you take the time to consult and/or hire with A-Plus Mechanical. In my opinion, and I have dealth with a BUNCH of hvac companies over the years, this company is above the norms!

A-Plus came out to my home and installed a new energy efficient air condition and heat system a couple months ago. They did an awesome job and my light bill was cut in half! They cleaned up and made sure everything was right before leaving. I have recommended them every chance I have!
