Turbo came out to fix my condenser and coils, and the technician did a great job. Everything is working much better now. I had a little issue making a payment with the technician, but Wendy from their office reached out the same day and helped me get it all taken care of. She even followed up to see how the service went, which I really appreciated. Overall, great service and a really good experience with both the tech and the office team.

Today, I must express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Robert. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue and restore the unit to operational status in less than an hour.

A friend recommended Turbo since we’ve been having A/C issues, and they were right! Techs came out, found it just needed freon, and now it’s cooling great. They also suggested duct cleaning, which I’ll call them for soon. Wendy, from the accounting department, even followed up about the invoice and checked if I was happy with the service! I am very satisfied with everything and appreciated Wendy for following up with me to make sure i was happy and if i had any questions or concerns, i loved that! THANKS TURBO! GREAT SERVICE 👍

Untrustworthy business to do business with. Overcharged to install a AC unit two years ago. AC unit started failing within two years.
Warranty is trash and doesn’t cover much. I also asked for a copy of the warranty and the contract and was met with a dead silence and no response. The “Technician” lied about the issue he “determined” after “assessing” the system. He was off even by how much Freon would be required to get the system up and running again. He also had the audacity to suggest that we call someone else and that is exactly what we did. If not, we would’ve been coerced into paying $2500 to Turbo.
It took another company to be called out to truthfully assess what the issue was and to quote the right amount of money it would require to fix the problem. By moving away from Turbo, we were able to save $1015. Disappointed that we ever ran across them in the first place.

Kavin did a great job explaining exactly what was going on with our AC. He was clear, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything. He got us up and running quickly, and we really appreciated his professionalism and help. Highly recommend!

The technician was very courteous. Answered all questions I asked and did the checkup on my heater. I love that he was very honest about everything. He also gave me pointers. What a great asset to your company!! Kudos!!

We had turbo install a 3 ton ac unit in 2021 a full replacement. Two days ago, and surprise. The compressor blew out this plug with the wires and we lost all of our freon. We needed Parts in the Attic replaced as well as a full new compressor. We did not realize what had happened when it happened but two nights ago it was way too hot in our house so my wife called Turbo to have them check our system.
Today Christian and David came out got everything replaced and we are back up and running cool again great guys and an easy warranty experience. These guys do deserve props today.

I hired this company to install a back flow prevention for my mother. The price beat all prices I was quoted at other places. Best in town. Wendy is a great asset for the company very friendly and detailed. Will be referring her assistance and company to others for sure.

Estimate guy was late, time frame was 7am-9am with 2 hour window when 11am rolled around and still no show contacted them only to be told 7am-9am so responded it is 11am they would contact team and he showed up within 5 mins, so was he just sitting in neighborhood? But installers different people showed up on time, price was better than other plumber quotes and as far as I know for now it works great

He explained everything clearly, patiently answered my questions, and ensured the job was done right. Also, he helped with putting glue stickers around the attic and AC filter. It’s not easy to find someone so reliable, respectful, and thorough these days. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind.

Our tankless hot water heater started leaking yesterday Sunday(12/18/26) We called them and they were here Monday by 10:00AM !! Hey nicest 2 guy's you ever want to meet. They explained to us that the city's hard water had taken its toll on our tank. They understood that we are going through hard times and quotes a very fair deal to fix the problem and see if we wanted to set up a water softner( ours just went out) to get us back to running smoothly. They explained everything and offered financing if we needed that.
You can trust them wholeheartedly, they'd never steer ya wrong !! We got to know about each other's kids and understood life is just not fair and it's not easy to just throw money at a moments notice. It really feels we'd known them for years and could visit and socialize for hours.
I highly recommend them for your needs when it's so hard to trust companies these days !! We didn't get repair today, we will need to meet up and see what are all the options are.

My wife and I were having issues with ac condensation draining out the exterior overflow. Edgar came out, saw the problem, and knew exactly what the issue was. Edgar was professional and entertaining.
