I called Turbo because my ac was out. They came out quickly and Willie the technician found the problem and fixed it. He showed me exactly what the problem was. It really inspired confidence that he was honest and only doing what needed to be done and I wasn't being taken advantage of. I will definitely use Turbo again and will request Willie if he is available.

Awesome service! They got my A/C working again super quick. Wendy even called me after to make sure everything was good—she was really nice and even offered me a discount for next time. Definitely recommend!

Honest and swift work ethic. I have a small restaurant in Spring, Texas. Our 2 commercial HVAC units in the dining hall weren't blowing cold air for a while, but our kitchen unit stopped working this morning so I started by calling HVAC companies in the area. A technician from Champions Hvac came but couldn't even diagnose the problem and said he'll have to wait until the ice melts and that he can only come back on Monday which is 2 days from now. Then another HVAC contractor came and proposed cleaning the unit before he could diagnose the issue. I paid them for just showing up and they left.

Finally, Robert called from Turbo and I explained to him that the system is iced about 3 inches and that prior technicians couldn't diagnose the issue and that they needed to wait until the ice melts on its own. Robert proposed to defrost the system, he said it being iced isn't a problem at all, I assume the other technicians didn't have the proper tools. When Robert arrived he was so quick to grab his tools and climb the ladder. I followed him to the roof and watched his every step. He checked the kitchen unit first, then the dining hall units. He was so comfortable checking the units, it's obvious he's been doing this work for more than a decade. I asked him a question after a question and he answered all of them to my satisfaction. He also explained his diagnosis with common terms that I could understand. He fixed and refilled the dining hall units and made the kitchen unit work as well. All 3 of our units are working like a clock now. But he warned me that one of them might have a leak and that I should get it checked soon. He was honest and very quick in his work. His pricing was super reasonable, even cheap considering I watched his work from beginning to end. Thanks to Robert our kitchen temperature is now perfectly "cold" and we can properly work.

If you are looking for an honest HVAC contractor, don't look further Robert is the one.

Our A\C wasn't cooling, so we called them out. There was a little delay but the technician fix it fast added freon cleaned the drain pan and it was up to working good cooling how it suppose to .the price was right and the next day Wendy follow up with the invoice and how was there service. She mentioned the membership they had. Overall good services and really reliable.

I had a faulty thermostat for a while and I’m so glad that I contacted turbo home service. They came out quickly and fixed the issue. They offer good service and won’t disappoint. I was also contacted for follow up call from Wendy, who is very helpful. Highly recommend them 👍

Big shout out to Ole who helped us start to finish and made sure everything was done right and completed. It is increasingly rare these days to see customer service like he provided and the company should be proud to have him employed with them. These folks were able to fix an emergency situation same day and get our house cooled within 18 hours of our old unit going. Heck, a real person answered the phone when I called at 5AM on a Friday! They even went through the trouble to show us cost to repair vs replace which you never see these days (big shout out to Rob) couldn’t be happier with the outstanding level of service and would recommend these folks to anybody.

Had a really great experience with Turbo. Cavin came out crawled under my home and took pictures to show me the problems. It was muddy, humid, and smelly but he didn't complain. He explained everything to me and we discussed options. We discussed financing options and he was patient not pushy at all. After I decided, the crew came out. They worked precise, quick and clean, taking pictures of every step they took. They were polite and professional. When they finished they took temps and rechecked their work several times. Before they left, Ole followed up with me, making sure I was happy with every little thing. He was very polite and friendly. I am very happy. They are fast, accomodating, and very professional. I am a very happy customer.

So my thermostat was reading 78 when I have it set at 70 and I noticed that it wasn’t turning on. So I immediately looked online and Turbo Home Services was one of the first ones that came up. So I called them, spoke to a great rep named Wendy. Heard every detail, concern I had, and provided me with so much information. She had someone immediately come take a look at it, fixed it, and the Tech was very friendly. -The next day Wendy called to follow up to make sure I had no more issues with it. Absolutely loved how patient, caring, friendly, helpful, and supportive she was. Overall had great OUTSTANDING experience with Wendy and this company. She even offered us a membership! So yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ✨

I had my doubts about Turbo home Services some bad reviews. But I still gave them a chance they came out to check my unit compressor. I was told no need to replace the unit compressor they fix it and they added some Freon now is working perfectly cooling. Over all good service and wendy was really friendly helping us with the payment.
