I have been with Houston Admiral since 2004. I have confidence in their reliability and honesty in all their dealings. Edgar, who has been my technician for several visits, is always careful, thorough, and polite.

I've purchased my home 11 yrs ago and I've had Admiral service my A/C and Heating twice a year since I've owned my home. My experience with them has been the best. Today Spencer Mitchell was my tech for servicing my heating system and found serious problems that could have been dangerous to my health and home. Spencer was very detailed about explaining the problem and what needed to be done to resolve the situation. I'm happy to say that he walked me through the entire thing to get the problem fixed and left me with no questions with his honesty. Thanks to Spencer my problem was fixed. He set everything up and had a crew here within an hour. The crew got right to work and within less than 2 hrs I had a new heating system installed. Sorry to say that I didn't get the names of the 2 gentlemen that did the installation but they were also very professional at their job explaining what all was done. I would highly recommend Admiral to anyone to get the job done. Both the tech and crew that helped me today represented the company they worked for with high standards. Tonight I'm a very happy camper in my warm home with no worries. Thanks Admiral for having such great service and having outstanding employees that come out to the field to represent your company.

Friendly and competent service technician did an excellent and extended evaluation of our systems. Gave them both a clean bill of health. Have used Houston Admiral for years and never had a single problem with them. They are the best.

The tech, Hector, was very knowledgeable and he explained what he was doing at each step,very professional in appearance and polite. At the end he explained the cost and the ways to pay. He also assured me if I needed a return visit from him, to let him know and it will be at no extra cost. I would recommend this technician and this company to anyone who needs Air conditioning service.

The technicians at Admiral are very knowledgeable and patient in explaining issues with our AC unit. Edgar was very helpful in making the decision to replace the condenser unit. Sandy was great at scheduling the appointments for technicians and replacement. Next day service.

Edgar came out on a moments notice after we called the office when our upstairs air conditioning was pushing warm air. He greeted us with a great smile, immediately began checking our system, and within minutes identified the problem - our compressor had dirt/dust build-up preventing it from 'breathing', keeping it from functioning properly. He clearly explained how using a garden hose (to be done every 2 months) to spray the vents clean would keep the vents clear and the unit functioning properly. After I dragged the hose out, he took it and cleaned the vents for us! So happy we have a maintenence contract with Houston Admiral Air; responsive, respectful, and reasonable. Thank you, Edgar!

John and Edgar came out today to do an inspection of our AC unit and duct work. Both very professional, friendly and informative. Quoted me a fair price to replace my unit (which is 28 years old) and clean up some loose things around the duct work in my attic. No one ever tells you how fun owning a house is…but at least when you find a good reputable company..you don’t mind going into debt for something you need. They will be here tomorrow to start. I’ve used Admiral for the last 2728 years. They do great work they have financing and they have warranty for systems. They check my system twice a year, Edgar Soto is always personable and it’s a great representative for the company.

Edgar is a rock star! He just fixed a problem that’s been annoying us for a long time. In order to install a new A/C unit, they had to cut a larger opening in the wall. But the sheetrock hole didn’t get repaired then or on any later visits. Edgar has now fixed it and the work is beautifully done. Thank you, Edgar!!!!
