This company was dispatched through home warranty company for my son's home.They called to make an appointment and gave them a time frame between 12-4pm they would be there! They never showed, never called, never returned calls or texts.

Jhonatan and his crew were so quick to assist us with our AC going out on Christmas Eve Wednesday. They were ready to replace our entire unit by Friday. They were efficient and very professional. Definitely recommend.

Eric has air conditioning in his family. He grew up in the business. And even all these years later he's still very fair and honest. He came out to our house the other day and we had lost what's known in the industry as a soft start circuit. He came out identified the problem, replaced the defect under a manufacturer's warranty. This got the system running again. You can't go wrong giving him a call. Thanks Eric

Eric and his team at Super Comfort Heating & Cooling are second to none. We had bought a home with really bad ducts. Laying on the attic floor with holes throughout and cracks everywhere. They replaced all my ductwork in just a few hours. They showed the upmost respect to me and my home. I have used alot of different contractors and handymen throughout my life and I would have to say that in their professionalism is also second to none. You can absolutely trust your home with them. My AC stopped cooling on a late Friday evening, gave super comfort a call and Erik showed up promptly. Fixed the issue in less than an hour! Great customer service and support, and good prices too. Highly recommend.

Had some issues with our AC this weekend and put in a service request this morning. Got same day service and tech was on time and prepared. He troubleshot unit and almost immediately knew what was wrong. He had the parts in his truck. He installed and had unit running in minutes. He picked up his equipment and asked if I had any questions. He took my cc payment on the spot and invoice showed up via email almost instantly. My unit is out of warranty, but Super Comfort is always on time and knows how to troubleshoot and fix AC and Heating units. They are professional and knowledgeable technicians not salespeople concerned with hitting a quota.

I can’t here over how fast and nice to me. I called them with low expectations due to other companies who have gave me back service, but the guy answering the phone was so nice and helpful. I scheduled the appointment still hesitant but the techs were beyond helpful. The technician Federico spent almost an hour giving me tips on how to make sure my system doesn’t have any issues again, he was very honest and wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. Everything got resolved the same day, they called me back a week later to check on how I was doing personally and if I enjoyed their service.

I never leave reviews on here but man does this company really care about customer service. Too many companies try to rip me off because of my age but im glad they were honest and did not try to sell me stuff I did not need.

I will stick with United America from now on!

If I could give this company 0 stars....trust me I would. This company will only do the bare minimum when your home is under warranty then wait to charge you on the items they did not properly fix when it is no longer under warranty. They will NOT provide you service records for your residence and refuse to simply give a call back when requested. Liberty Homes Builders need to go with another AC company because this one is trash!!
