The Avatex employee, Victor, who came by our house to give us a quote on some issues we were having with our A/C was very kind and helped explain the issue as well as solutions.

Was able to install in new heater within 2 days of discovering my old one was dead. And before the big freeze. Thank you.

Jonathan has continued to do odd jobs at my location on the Gulf Freeway we run a used car dealership. He always explains in detail the problem and has a plan of action to resolve them. I highly recommend Jonathan.

Technician and Management were very nice. We had a little surprise with a bad remote battery on a ceiling fan, but we put our heads together and worked through it.

I’m so incredibly thankful for this company. Long story short, I’m a breast cancer survivor and patient and had put in an urgent request with Old Republic Home Warranty on Monday, August 28,2023. They dispatched to a different HVAC company who never answered my call to set an appointment, never called, never showed. I had a Medical procedure related to cancer treatment on Monday and cannot tolerate heat. Texas heat has been in triple digits and it never got below 87 in my home. After not hearing from The other company, I had to call my warranty company 4 times Monday through Thursday and that company guaranteed they’d be out every day, but never showed and still never answered my calls. They finally stopped answering the warranty company’s calls and so the warranty company cancelled that ticket and dispatched to AVATEX Thursday August 31, 2023, around 4:00 PM - just before Labor Day weekend. I have been so sick with the heat this week and I was dreading another several days of hell temperatures in my home. But AVATEX personally reached out to me first thing this Morning, Friday, September 1,2023 and said he’d be out today 2-6 PM! They texted me with the confirmation. And as it got closer to the 6 PM mark, I got a text to update me AND Jonathan from AVATEX Called to let me know he was still coming. I cannot tell you how relived I was. He was here and immediately saw that the compressor had overheated on the outside unit, burned through a wire and flipped the breaker. He was done in less than 10 minutes! He was so kind and professional and I’m so grateful that I do not have to endure the heat in my home. Thank you, AVATEX and Jonathan, for being our hero today and your compassion in making sure my health was a priority to you. Very grateful to you. And Houston is several hours south of far North Dallas. I highly recommend AVATEX and will request you through my warranty company for ANY HVAC issues going forward! I’d give more stars on this review if I could!

I have know Jonathan since the pandemic. He has helped me with minor issues with the AC but this time it was big. These guys are so trustable. He will only suggest what you need and will not try to sell unnecessary stuff. Very timely help, friendly team and super quality work.

Jonathan is very friendly, efficient, and professional. I called them to fix my heater and I will definitely call them again for any ac/heater issues that I might have. They answered all of my questions that I had and fixed the issue in a very short amount of time.
