Great place to get HVAC parts. Make sure you are a licensed contractor. If not a retail center is on 6 the street.

Johnson Supply is my "go to" for just about any air conditioning parts. These guys are HIGHLY knowledgeable and friendly. Can always count on them.

Very very rude and dismissive. Heavy guy that worked today needs to find another job if he wants to take his inadequacies and unhappiness out on customers.

These are the commercial specialists. If you're on a roof or in a cooling tower these guys have the specialized parts and tools you need to get the job done.

Five star location. The guys behind the Counter are extremely knowledgeable. Always in and out Lightning fast too

The employees here help me every time above and beyond expectations! Joe and Keith really know there stuff. This is a professional A/C supply house it's not Home Depot.

Bait and switch. I called at 4:50pm to inquire about an ac part and see how much it was. My quote was $15. When I arrived at the store at 5:15pm, I was charged $29 plus tax. When I asked why I was given a price of $15, the only response was, "This is $29". Needless to say, I wont be back.

Looks like they’re buying reviews too. Because I know the “local guides” don’t have a freaking tacl so they can’t buy stuff here anyway. Just proves they can’t just improve customer service and want to go the easy way and lie and cheat to get better reviews.

Horrible service avoid going here. The monotoned guy working the phones has a huge customer service issue and should either be trained or let go I've been having problems with him for years now. I try to reach out to Managment with no response.

I visited this ac supply store yesterday and didn't feel very comfortable here. The 3 store workers were so serious, stern faced, and quiet that I felt like they didn't want anyone in their store. At least I was able to find the thermostat I was looking for.

I made return through Voomi supply. They are declining to refund me anything cause it came in non-original packaging and I kinda losing now 600 bucks. Are are even serious? They are not providing any options such as UPS escalation, camera checks and filling police report. Where is your insurance?

Very informative sales reps, specially Joe , that guy went above and beyond to help me pick the right parts, and brands. I've been coming to these guys for the last 8 years and they have yet to disappoint me. Joe ,and Sam are what makes Johnson supply the best HVACR suppliers in Houston! Idk where you go but these guys are family

Called for a 3 pole capacitor guy tells me they all have 3 poles, lol some caps have 2 some have more. Why speak on a part attempting to be smart and don’t know what’s out there. I took my business elsewhere. He never even asked what size lmao. Som people just there for a check.

Great place to buy HVAC parts but beware of prices. I had no clue when going in but they sold me a capacitor normally $11 dollars anywhere else for $30 dollars. The also sold me a 5-2-1 Compressor Saver for $75 bucks when you could buy this for $40 bucks anywhere. I learned my lesson not to trust these guys on prices.

The BIG guy that works there isn't very helpful. Always looking at the computer instead of the customer and stays quiet for a long time when you're asking for something, as if he doesn't care. He also made it a big deal to sell me a multi meter through my company(which he didn't sell me)Do not waste your time at this location. Johnson supply is great, just not this location.

Ignore the the 1 stars. I always check the 1 star reviewers for their other reviews. They all seem to give 1 or a 5, an axe to grind or a favorite vice. Houston North AC does all the KC Event Center work.

Houston North AC provided service that far exceeded my expectations. I have been a homeowner in Houston for over 30 years and Houston North AC provided the absolute best quality and most timely service that I have ever experienced. They fixed my downtown high rise condo water chilled AC at an extraordinarily fair price when other companies either would not even look at the problem or had no idea what to do. From the operator/ receptionist to the technician, the people at Houston North were courteous and concerned about getting my AC online and functioning correctly in a timely manner. THANK YOU!
