AC stopped cooling. Easy online scheduling w Bodensteiner. Hank arrived at 8am next morning. He called before arrival/professional/ provided great service. Provided initial diagnosis, then verified. Had part on his truck (compacitor) and my AC was good as new within the hour!

So, it took four separate visits to finally figure out the problem with my unit. I appreciate Hank’s tenacity. He did not give up and did not charge until he found and replaced the problem part (stuck gas valve). The valve only stuck late night to early morning due to colder temperatures (shutting down the system), but worked again during the day, which caused confusion and more monitoring. He came early morning and figured it out. It appears that the issue has been solved. Very happy with the job.

Blair was very honest with the diagnosis on our AC & gave clear options & cost the same day. The crew showed up two days later & installed the new AC. They were very kind, respectful of the house, had the floors covered hauling old & new equipment in & out. Top notch company!! I would highly recommend Bodensteiner Service!!

I was able to schedule an appointment very soon. It was confirmed 2 times. The technician called to inform me when he was in route to my home. He arrived on time. He solved my issue (air diversion levers needed to be adjusted to balance the air flow between 2 upstairs rooms in our new home) and communicated the resolution to both my wife and me. We were both very pleased and highly recommend the Bodensteiner company to those with HVAC installation or maintenance needs. Note Bodensteiner designed a HVAC system with 5 zones and 3 units for my new home that cools my home efficiently (and cost effectively) at a surprisingly high temperature of usually 73 degrees in the summer due to the dehumidifier they installed in the house. My wife likes a cold house. She and I are both surprised our home can be cooled to her satisfaction with such efficiency and energy use savings. 5 Stars for all categories for Bodensteiner!

Hank came and checked out/tested our heaters, to make sure they are in good working order, and safe for the cold weather. He is professional, thoughtful and efficient. We've been customers of Bodensteiner for a few years now, and I even referred them to my parents. I appreciate that it's a family business, and that they are honest. Example: When we first purchased our home, we had issues with one of our units. Bodensteiner came out to check it out, serviced it, and rather than tell us it's time to replace our almost 15 year old unit, it was suggested that we just wait until it dies, as it had some life left. This could have been a time to make money, but rather they chose to service and have us wait. I appreciated this honesty, which made us loyal customer. Bodensteiner is the only AC company we trust.

We love Bodensteiner! They are a local, family owned business and we’ve used them for many years! They do all our furnace and a/c tune ups and when and if we ever have an issue, they are usually able to come out and take care of the problem the same day! They are also very affordable; they do not overcharge!! Friendly, professional and reliable- we highly recommend!!

The technician arrived on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and professional. They repaired the issue I had with my furnace and didn't take too long at all. I would definitely consider requesting their services again.

Our air conditioning unit went out and I reached out to my community for recommendations and over and over Bodensteiner Services was mentioned. I called them later in the day on Saturday, left a message and had a call back within an hour or so to set up an appointment on Monday. The service technician, Hank called and said he could come earlier if we’d like.. he arrived with a friendly manner and got to work quickly throughly assessing all the components.. once he found the problem he explained to us what he did to fix it. I felt like we got a great value for a fairly easy repair!
