Been going here for years & the same guys are still there. Tells you a lot about the company and the experience of those on the counter.

I called this supplier and talk about being clueless, I asked for a motor bracket 4 leg, simple enough request but this was enough for them to put me on hold for twenty minutes and when they got on the phone they put me on hold again, i spoke to a total of four people, ending up with the original person who answered. Complete clueless about the ac industry, really surprised that they call themselves a ac supply house, not recommended at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amanda did not have time for my call after answering the phone and was rude. Wanted to get back with me later when she had more time. If this is customer service and the way to respond to an inquiry ... I don't want anything to do with them. I think the problem was I was only interested in one solar panel.

They should have explained that the same size double wall vent from one manufacturer may not fit the double wall vent from another manufacturer. They probably differ because of patents and, lets face it, if you are forced to re-plumb the vent with "another" brand you have to replace everything and buy more stuff.

Mixing different brands of vents complicates things if the repair results in carbon monoxide poisoning. Who would you sue? Especially when you have used two different products. (This probably wont happen)

I don't feel these guys were total morons, they just didn't effectively explain possible manufacturer differences and the way they interlock.

I do not work for Solar Supply and I have only spoken with them over the phone asking for Double wall pipe from a specific supplier. I was also not there to observe the conversation either.

Solar Supply was recommended by my local hardware store and, as it was another neighborhood store, I was happy to patronize them. Well, never again.

I went in with some general questions about venting my hot water heater and the two guys working there were not just not helpful, they were rude. They wanted to know what kind of pipe I needed to vent my hot water heater and I said I didn't have it with me but I had questions about how to change the vent from 90° to 45°. They just kept saying things like, "not all pipes fit together the same..." Really? What kind of moron doesn't know that pipes come in different sizes?

I ended up getting exactly what I needed at HOME DEPOT, where it's almost impossible to find someone to help you on Saturdays. The whole project turned out to be quite simple. Thanks for being jerks, Solar Supply clerks. And if it had anything to do with me being a female, you're double jerks.

Тhe company is in a very tight spot for trucks with a 53ft trailer.Тhe supervisor in the red shirt is being arrogant and mocking! he Feels like the owner of the company and even if he is, it's a shame to deal with such people!!!

When making a delivery for this warehouse and your hauling a 53 foot trailer backing can be challenging and really narrow and tight . Check in with warehouse employees they will help you and assist you with backing . Also too mention as well homeowners doesn't allow tractor trailers too use there drive way when backing . Good luck and be safe
