On Saturday evening our unit was turning on but not cooling, by 1pm the next day chill brothers had a technician at our door. Franco Castro provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable of HVAC systems, within 15 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and within 90 minutes the problem was resolved with the system tested. We will be requesting Franco for future maintenance calls - very happy with his punctuality and professionalism.

One of their soliciters named Reggie tried to break into my house. I assumed it was a soliciter knocking on my door so I ignored it and I assumed at first he was putting a flyer on my doorknob but the movement back and forth of my doorknob lasted too long and I began to panic when it seemed my original thought of it being a soliciter may have been a criminal. It was so scary I called for the first time in my life 911. Never send people out to my house again. If you can't get customers through recommendations from others who have used you in the past then call it a day and close down your company.

I met with Stefan and then Alan Mazboudi they came to our home and presented a vast amount of knowledge on AC systems and assisted in helping me find what products would be best for my everyday needs and my budget. He represented himself and his company well. Highly recommend

I definitely recommend Chill Bros. Kimberly and the other folks in the office are great to deal with over the phone. I had an unusual issue going on with my system in a home only a little over 2.5 years old. Nick came by one day and did some work and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Marcelis came by for another visit as i was still having some water pooling on the ground around the unit in the attic space. Again, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. After a lot of troubleshooting and consulting some other technicians, he figured out that both the main return air duct and the return air plenum were both slightly undersized. I scheduled the project, the install guys (I wish i could remember their names) came on time and had the project completed in a matter of a few hours. AC is now blasting cold air way better than before. Chill Bros apparently had bought out the AC service company I used to use when the owner decided to retire. Like I said, I do recommend these guys. Negative reviews seem to be focused on door-to-door sales calls in neighborhoods that don’t allow it. But whatever, don’t answer the door if you don’t know the person knocking!

I had a Fournace installed almost a year ago we had a freeze and the heater didn’t feel like it was warming my home I called to ask if someone could come and check and see if it s warming correctly the lady told me they could come and check if I paid $69 I feel if you installed a product and it within a year of installation customer shouldn’t be charged if you stand by your product but lesson learned I will go elsewhere with my business when it s time to service or purchase a new HVAC equipment where I fell values and not being penny pinching company

Completely obnoxious door to door salesmen. I have video of them banging on my door. Group of 4 people. Recommend to stay away if this is how they make an impression

This company sends creepy unfriendly salesmen door to door. There’s a certain personality type meant for a job like that & they chose the wrong one.

He came by my house again, only a couple hours after his initial attempt….after I had already told him at that time I was not interested. When he returned he said, “oh wait I’ve been here before huh?” He was just as unfriendly & creepy looking as the first time he came around.

Everyone, including the salesman, the technician that surveyed the existing equipment, the installers and the technician that did the final checkout, were very professional, friendly, competent and thorough. I highly recommend Chill Brothers for new A/C installations. I can’t comment on the quality of the Lennox system at this time. I will have to wait a couple of years.

I wish I would have gone a different route. It’s been back tracking and undelivered promises and Expectations since the very beginning. We entered into a contract for one unit that had a great warranty and all types of nice things tied to it, of course the day of install we find out that’s not what we’re getting, we’re getting the “second best.” I overlooked it when I should have stopped it there. The day of install I put a blanket over my clothing in the closet, where they were needing to work. I put the blanket there to protect my clothing and other personal belongings from any debris that was going to be falling from the ceiling. For some reason, the contractors decided to remove the blanket and cut into the attic, which left sawdust all over my clothing. I called multiple times about the situation as there was a ton of sawdust, and there was no reason for the blanket to be removed in the first place. I never even got so much as an apology. Part of our agreement was that we were supposed to have a Smart thermostat, I’m really not one of those people that’s into that kind of thing, but considering it was included in the package, I agreed. That was not what I got the day of install. After multiple calls to the company, I finally get the Correct thermostat, And was given no explanation on how the dumb thing works. Here we are about 60 days into this whole ordeal and my thermostat goes out on one of the hottest days of the summer. After three phone calls to the company I am finally getting someone to come out today. My expectations are not high at all to say the least. If you find another company, use them!

We had Shaune come over twice to talk to us about our AC. With his help, we were able to upgrade. He has a great attitude and was friendly. He can come back anytime.

Nash was very cordial and friendly.he listened and responded to our questions. He was forthright with his responses. We think this is a good decision.

The crew did a solid job getting our new HVAC system in place. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and didn’t leave a mess behind. Everything was explained in plain terms, and the system was up and running smoothly before they left. So far, it’s keeping the house comfortable without any issues — overall, a hassle‑free experience.

Chill Brothers installed our new AC and were quite professional. The installation took most of the day, and they were respectful of our home. They used booties when they had to go outside and then had to come back inside. We were told that we will not have AC most of the day, so we prepared by putting up a window AC that we had when power goes out. The service was good and they answered our questions. The smart thermostat however was not explained and the one on the first floor is not cooperating so we have to constantly manually re-set it. I will find out if the sales folks were correct when they told us that we will see savings on our monthly power bill as a result of the new AC Chill Brothers installed.

We have had multiple occurrences of door to door salesman representing Chill Brothers come by and use aggressive tactics to try to get sales or enter our backyard for a "free inspection". This has gotten out of hand, it is unprofessional and borderline harassment. My wife had to tell the salesman repeatedly today that she was not interested and that she had to leave, but the salesman still would not leave her alone. I will never accept any business services from this company as long as they continue with this kind of sales tactic.

This was my third visit from Chill Brothers. I had my heating inspected and it was working well as hoped. Jonathan Seah is very personable and efficient. He explained his findings and gave recommendations. I have been impressed with their staff. Highly recommended!

Ignores no soliciting signs, pressured my wife to give her info over, then after I canceled the appointment they pressured her into making they still kept it and after I told them I canceled and sent screenshots proving another employee said it was canceled they spam called me from 3 different numbers. Never trust componies they do buisness like this. Scummy practice. Jeremiah was the one who said my appointment was canceled then spam called by Darlene and Joshua.

Your door to door sales needs to STOP! I have lived in my home for two years. I have lost count the number of times I have had my workday interrupted by one or more of your sales people. Today I had a meeting interrupted by relentless door bell ringing. How can I get your company to stop trespassing on my property. I don't want people that are uninvited on my doorstep. You are putting my safety and the safety of the broader community at risk. If my no solicitation and trespassing signs continue to be ignored by your company I will get a lawyer and my HOA involved.

Chill Brothers persistently ignores no soliciting signs and uses door to door salespeople who fraudulently misrepresent their business, claiming to be from a government agency, claiming that "no solicitation" signs do not apply since they are "not selling anything" and so on. Despite multiple complaints, and promises that they would remove my home from their list, they continue to solicit at all hours of the day and on weekends. Chill Brothers management claims that they are "training" their reps, but clearly this is the training - make sales at all cost, even if it means trespassing and lying to people.

Chill brothers associates Jason B. and Nickolas F. came to do an assessment of the HVAC systems on my newly bought house. They were immediately kind and respectful and did a very thorough job. I especially appreciate how well the evaluation and my options were explained to me. I would strongly recommend their services.
