I would like to thank Chill Brothers and Lennox for their great service for the install of the brand new a/c system at my mother’s home. The installers, Jordan , Jacob, Bryan and everyone involved were very respectful, courteous.
My mother was picked to receive a brand new a/c system through Lennox foundation and Chill Brother at no charge. There are no words to express the gratitude that our family has.

My AC unit was going out so I came across Chill Brothers. My experience with Chill Brothers was perfect from scheduling on the phone, to Sonny coming out. He explained to me and my husband are options. Alex was Amazing from the beginning to the end. The crew was professional and cleaned up everything after our installation. From the first visit, we had a brand new unit installed five days later.

Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Jason was out to add an ultraviolet light to keep the system clean and improve the air quality. The appointment booking was easy, Jason was on time and sent notice when he was on his way. He is polite, explains the scope of his work and what expectations I should have. The room was spotless as he cleaned up the area. Very pleased with Jason's service and Chill Bros. overall.

If I could do it all over again, I would have gone somewhere else. It’s summer and your system goes out, you’re in a hurry and you hope you made the best choice. I did NOT! From the very beginning, everything i was told was switched up at the last minute. They had to cut into my ceiling, removed the cover I laid over my clothes to protect them, and got debris all over everything. I received a disappointing thermostat that was nothing like the one I was shown. They rigged a pipe in my ceiling that continues to drip, and every time I call I’m sent a technician that clearly has no idea what he’s doing. I’m paying an obscene amount of money to continually have my belongings damaged, and the repairs are never complete! I’m left on hold, or my calls are never returned in a timely manner. Replacing my HVAC system has become a never ending nightmare! I work in customer service and fully understand the importance of reviews, so I don’t leave this in a whim! If you have time to do your homework, I highly recommend going somewhere else.

My Granddaughter and my Daughter signed me up for Lennox feel the love program through chill brothers ac company. I’m extremely thankful and the chill brothers team provided nothing but professional and friendly service. The install itself was done within the day and the level of craftsmanship is immaculate. Thank you chill Brothers and thank you to Jacob,Jason, and Bryan.. a huge thank you also to Macy her team is who made this all possible. I am forever grateful and thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you so much to Josh and Nicholas for your great work on some big HVAC repairs! Josh and Nicholas worked hard to get us fully up to speed with various parts of our HVAC system and did a great job. They were thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Really appreciated that Chill Bros as a company honored the promotional pricing they originally offered over a month ago. They did a great job and we’ll be sticking with them moving forward.
