The technician was wonderful. He called within an hour of looking for someone and came by the following day. He checked the furnace and was able to fix it within the first 15 minutes. He stayed for a little while to make sure the pipes were warming up. Would definitely recommend them!!

Great place to live, wonderful staff and maintenance

Spent 2 hours trying to install a thermostat incorrectly, then I had to fix myself to repair all the incorrect things he did. Somehow rewired wrong, didn't turn off breaker, drilled a random hole in the mounting plate and didn't even finish the job. Do not recommend at all, imagine for an actual repair job, you'll be wasting your money and better off just donating it to charity. I should've just called the thermostat company in the first place and took me 1/4 the time. Slightly expensive lesson learned, just do it yourself.
