So glad that we called HVAC Heroes. The owner, Triston, came within a few hours of us calling after our AC stopped working. He gave us a fair and honest price. You can tell he loves what he does and we will be using HVAC Heroes anytime we have AC issues in the future.

Prompt service. Upfront honestly for recommendations to repair vs replace. Stands by warranty items. Have been using the company for 4 1/2 years for maintenance as well as complete HVAC install. Tristan and his team of HVAC heroes were very professional and polite. I had to replace my HVAC unit's evaporator coil and HVAC heroes did an excellent job and cleaned up properly after their work. I highly recommend them.

My stem was up and running in no time. I have several other projects that I will be using HVAC heroes for because Triston was so professional and quick. HVAC Heroes really came through for us! We messaged them at 10:30p on a Friday night and they arrived at our home before noon the next day! The area was very tight for them to work in but they got it done with no complaints. Our house is back to being nice and cool.

I have had such lousy experiences with other repair services I don’t know how I found HVAC heroes but I’m glad I did. I have used them for both my home and business and they are honest, fast and reasonably priced. Another shop told me I needed a whole new unit, HVAC heroes cooled it off with a hose and charged me nothing and it has been good for 3+ years. I can’t recommend them enough! Everyone from the owner to the receptionist is fantastic.

Hired these guys to do a mini split on a 3rd floor of a townhouse. Been nothing but trouble.

Here’s all the stupid things they did (see pictures)

1. They installed the wrong unit (different than the quote). To their credit they acted like they were going to swap it out but it took over almost 2 months and they started ignoring texts until I sent a formal demand letter. (See time from initial acknowledgment by Jordan and then various ignored texts a month later.)

2. They did not insulate the AC lines fully in my attic. So about 3 weeks after installing the second unit I find a puddle of condensation on my floor (see pics) because of exposed copper in the hot attic. I asked them to fix this but they have blown me off since initially saying they would. (By the way - installation manual says all this needs to be insulated inside a house). See texts on this and then how Jordan ghosted me afterwards.

3. They did not initially fill the gap in the wall they cut in my house - think bugs. I had them do it on the second round.

These guys are gonna mess up someone’s house. It feels like kids running this company who don’t know what they are doing. I think they hire contract crews for installs and it’s not guaranteed you won’t have issues. They are terrible at following up if you have an issue.

Taking big risks if you use them since they can cause more damage than they might save. Clearly not knowledgeable

Great service. We have a very old heating system that had a part that needed replacing. Because the system is so old, the part was not easy to come by. But, rather than just pushing a new system on us (which we could not do), they searched until they found the right part and got our Old Faithful back up and running. They also showed up exactly when promised and were quick and respectful.

We will definitely have them on speed dial for any future HVAC issues. They truly are heroes!

My furnace died and Justin had the problem figured out right away. He explained what we needed and was back the next day with the new part and had it installed right away. Reasonably priced and no high pressure sales. Great communication and response time. We’ll definitely use again.

HVAC Heroes did an outstanding job. Darren arrived within two hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand, and replaced it during the same visit. He was very nice, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. The service was fast and reasonably priced, and everything was handled efficiently. Recently, we had HVAC HeroLLC come out to my house when our AC went out and they were very supportive straight to the Point and trustworthy. I truly appreciated the updates and the Customer service that was provided to us. I would 100% approve to reach out to them again for any of my HVAC issues. I truly recommend them and they were great guys. They came out very punctual. The price was definitely in my budget, and I would recommend them to anybody for a fee issues or HVAC issues. Definitely going to reach out again. If I ever have any more problems.

There are not enough words to describe how great my customer experience with Trey and his team over at Morgan Air was. My wife and I purchased a new home earlier this year and had to replace the old A/C unit. Trey and his team installed a new Carrier system for us, and did an amazing job. They were always on time, responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and above all, friendly. Trey treated us like we were members of his own family, and never made us feel like we were burdening him in any way. They even gave us Astros tickets which was really cool. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any A/C repairs.

We've been using Morgan Pro Services, LLC for over 3 years now after having a huge issue with our AC system. This issue required the technicians to change out a couple units, repair air ducts, change out air vents, etc it was a very long process and thankfully the company, staff, and technicians involved were very helpful and were able to solve the issue. However recently we had an issue with air ducts touching each other and causing condensation to drip from the ducts cause what looks like mold around some emergency fire nozzles, and part of the wall. And another issue with water dripping from reserve water pipes that looked like rusty water. After having plumbers come check to see if it was the tankless water system, and a couple of visits from technicians at Morgan Pro Services that could not find the issue with the AC. Morgan Pro Services sent out a technician named Ramiro who figured out what the issues were and fixed them promptly. Thanks to him and the good people at Morgan Pro Services our home AC system is working properly again! I would recommend their services and especially thank you to Ramiro for his help!
