This is the temp in my home because of the poor installation job done 6 months ago by this company. The current HVAC tech could not figure out why HVAC Hero used the breaker they did. They also pointed out several other areas that need updating because HVAC Heroes cut corners. Pay extra with another company and avoid making your loved ones uncomfortable.

Those guys are amazing, excellent value, professional and punctual and responsive! I will definitely be hiring them again for future AC related issues. They replaced our thermostat and did diagnostics on our AC unit and gave us recommendations!

I got few quotes for this job for my rental property and most are taking the easy way out by replacing the air handler, Darren from HVAC was able to diagnose the problem and replaced the parts that caused the issue for a fraction of other quotes. You need someone knowledgeable and not over estimate the job. Very happy with the results and also the quick response

Worst contractors, i have come across in my life. Charged us over 2k and still didn’t fix the AC. Never provided invoice initially and then send us an invoice much lower than initially quoted.

They gave a free service call. They were prompt and gave me quotes to repair my AC quickly. Arrived early the next day for the repair. Highly recommend.

Awesome & so fast! I sent a request for an appt at 10:30pm & I got a text back from a live person & was scheduled by 11pm for a 10am appt. When my technician showed up, he IMMEDIATELY identified the problem, fixed it & even explained maintenance all in about 45 min. My technician even took the time to answer questions I had about something unrelated to what he was scheduled for because I’m a new homeowner & everything is brand new. I’ll be calling you guys for anything that might come up. Gained a forever customer, thank you!

They did a great job and responded to a service request over the weekend when the system was shut down and quickly identified and resolved the issue at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend and will use again.

My furnace broke down out of blue. It was Saturday. Fortunately HVAC Heroes got to my place to check in 30 minutes and gave me a through analysis.
Since the furnace was already 20+ years old, I decided to change it as well as the compressor.
Considering a lot of money to replace the whole system, HVAC Heroes also gave me a quote of replacing the furnace only.
I compared 4 quotes, and eventually decided to go with HVAC Heroes. Their price was reasonable, and they could install the whole system the soonest, even on the President’s Day!
They came on time, and finished the job with quality. I later learned that they came from Houston to Austin to finish the work, because their Austin crew had trouble. I really appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism!

Was able to have my ac evaluated and repaired in the same day. Chase was exactly on time on arrival and gave me my options for repairs. Very grateful that I did not have to go without ac during a heat advisory. Highly recommend.

Professional, prompt, will recommend. Chase was the technician dispatched to me. He was even available after the inspection for answers and talk with my client and as a realtor you always looking for vendors who take the time to answer your clients.

Edit 10/10/225:
We hired hvac HEROES to fix ac on Sep 10th, they quoted us $1100 for a motor and charged us $2104 for the repair. We paid the invoice, but the issue was never fixed. Since they refused to come out until 5 days later we disputed the charge. We also had to hire and pay another contractor who said the part they changed wasn’t even faulty, he fixed that right away.
After the dispute the company and owner Triston Wilson started harassing us and threatening to enter the house and take “THEIR” motor which they never even provided invoice for initially.
Since it was a rental property i agreed to pay the cost of motor as long as they can show a receipt. Triston emailed me a receipt proof of payment to lennox and sent me a new invoice of $807, mind you this was much less than what they told me as price for the motor.
On banks Recommendation i told Triston, that i will pay this once our dispute settles but he said that they have accepted the dispute and wanted me to zelle the money right away (always remember zelled money never comes back). But i work for a bank and know these tricks so i paid through the invoice via the same credit card that i used initially. Triston apologized for the mess (see texts) and agreed it’s settled on sep 15th. Recently i got a call from chase bank that the merchant HVAC heroes have denied the dispute on October 4th, just days before closing. On top of that on the same day they posted this comment below about “Please reach out to us to make it right”. Mind you these are just tactics to show future customer that they care whereas they don’t. They didn’t pick up my call and never reached out. (See texts to Triston)
You did a terrible job which didn’t fix anything and i still paid you for the part which was not even needed and you are still trying to scam me of more money. I guess you don’t know that i work for Chase bank and wont let it go easily.

The owner Triston and this company is a cheat.

I’m very disappointed with the service. The technician came out, diagnosed one part as broken, replaced it, charged me for it—and yet my AC still doesn’t work. Now I’m being told I’ll need to wait four more days for them to try replacing another part, at an additional cost, with no guarantee that it will fix the issue. Also, they charged me 2k for the part replaced and never provided any receipt for the part for warranty purposes or breakdown of services after repeatedly asking for it.

When we hire HVAC professionals, we expect a full and accurate solution to the problem, not a partial fix followed by guesswork and repeated charges. This kind of service leaves the customer without AC, out of pocket, and unsure if the problem will actually be resolved.

Arrived on time, friendly and great service. Darren our technician was awsome. Theyll be our go to for all future hvac work. Thanks guys

Triston is AMAZING! Within less than 24 hours, Triston came out and helped us with a home closing issue. It is very difficult to find professionals who aren’t in it to just take your money. Triston was honest, helpful and knowledgeable. HVAC Heroes is now our go-to HVAC vendor. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.
