Morgan himself came out and was very helpful and let me know that it was a Centerpoint problem when the two previous HVAC companies had told me I need to replace my entire system. He knew within 5 minutes it was power issues with Centerpoint and didn't try to upsell me anything. Great service!

It’s hard to know who to trust when you’re having HVAC issues. Look no further than the guys over at Morgan Pro Services. When our upstairs unit went out, we gave Morgan Pro Services a call, and Bobby came out right away and diagnosed the issue. Our unit was old and really needed to be replaced, but they gave us a range of options from a simple repair that would fix the current issue temporarily to a full new system. We decided to go with a new coil and condenser. Morgan Pro Services was thorough, fast and very tidy. The installer laid drop cloths throughout the house and even made a few adjustments to our existing ductwork. They were reasonably priced and very professional. We highly recommend Morgan Pro Services for your HVAC needs.

This is the second time I've used this company for services, first to install a Carrier unit and second to do a full maintenance of another system in my new house. This team is absolutely stellar - great communication, honest, well-skilled techs, very thorough, exceptional quality. They came to me by way of a referral from a deacon at my church, and I've sworn I'll never use another company for these services again - experiencing them this last time just solidified that this is the type of trustworthy vendor we all expect, and that they've lived up to that expectation twice now...over the course of time...tells me they not only have a great operation, but they can sustain it. I have been hiring Morgan Air for all my HVAC needs for over 10 years when it was one truck and the owner. I love to see a business grow, but find the quality usually takes a hit as they get more employees. I am so happy to report that isn’t the case with this company. Through the years I have called several times after 10pm and they get someone out within an hour or first thing the next morning if not an emergency. I signed up last year for their service plan that includes all maintenance checks and filter replacement (media filters on mine) and it is such peace of mind. They call me to schedule it and I never have to remember to call them. Ivan and Marcus just left a maintenance check filter change appointment and I could hear them in the attic discussing all aspects of my units and making sure everything was working as it should. I trust them so much and know if they recommend something, I actually need it and it isn’t an up-sale. Finding excellent service companies you can trust is stressful and having Morgan Air keep my home protected from damage and that HVAC working in the sweltering Texas summers is peace of mind.

One of the best experiences in working with a contractor. After being screwed over by my warranty company, I was referred to Morgan Pro Services. Every single person that I encountered here was extremely professional, helpful and informative. Morgan Lee is phenomenal. She answered questions and help lesson my anxiety. My tech Ricky was very thorough and explained everything. Needless to say, they saved me quite a bit because, again, my warranty company sent scam artists to my home. Before coming to your house, they send you a picture of the tech, along with a tracker to see how far away they are. The electronic communication between Morgan and the client is superb. Morgan Pro has been taking care of my 11,000 square feet home for over 5 years. They have always done an outstanding job. My large home has 7 HVAC units. Morgan has quickly taken care of any issues I have had and they do quality work. I am very happy with them and I will continue to use them in the future.

We knew when we bought our house 2.5 years ago that the AC would need to be replaced in a few years. A few weeks ago, we called Morgan Air to come look at our home's aging and struggling AC units. Trey and Steve showed up on time and did a full inspection of our system. They told us we could combine our 2 smaller AC units into 1 variable speed unit with multiple zones for control. This would also considerably increase the energy efficiency of our home.

We received a proposal that night. I had several questions the next day which they answered promptly and thoroughly. I signed off, and they started work first thing the next morning. Their crew worked hard and completely removed the old system, set the new equipment in place, configured everything, and trained us how to use it...ALL IN ONE DAY!

Morgan Pro Services is a company that I have used for several years now. The owners' Trey Morgan and Steve Lyon are fantastic to work with. They are both strong Christian young men. They know what they are doing, are extremely professional, and their employees do excellent work and always show up on time. We live in a world where quality service is slowly disappearing. Not at Morgan. I have complete confidence and trust in Morgan Pro Service's work and their prices are fair. You get what you pay for!

Morgan Pro Services is quality.
