Counter personnel are not friendly to Contractors

The folks at Lashley were very helpful and they had everything we needed! We were doing a big job on an older building and could not find 9” & 10” type B vent pipe parts at any of the other HVAC supply stores; they had it all and we got the job done without any delays. I spoke with Ken on the phone and he was very helpful and respectful. The guys in the warehouse office seam like they could use a little more caffeine in their coffee 😜, but they got us checked out and loaded ok.

Delivery time great. But a little tide for 18 wheeler need to back in from the street and be careful with you trailer landing gear Only one dock for unloading.

I needed information regarding industrial HVAC equipment.

I believe the company Receptionist (Gina) answered my call.

I told her my situation regarding the HVAC System I was needing information on. Although she said she was a new employee, she transferred me to right person who helped me with my questions.

Counter personal are not helpful and look like they are miserable at work. Why work there if you don’t like your job. They need to improve on their customer service.

After using Lashley for over 10yrs I now see there warehouse staff reduced to employee who appears to have to cover customer service AND unload incoming freight AND pull orders, answer phones and hold down arguably one of the most important, stressful aspects of your operation for now going on seven months plus. I hope he is getting some significant compensation for being taken advantage of in this manner. I wonder what the company policy is on having individuals working on cherry pickers with know observable back up? Hey Carrier, I think you should do better. Your employees deserve a safe and fair work environment.

The contractor was over an hour late did not communicate well at all he didnt even fix the promble. The ducts need to be cleaned he said they dont clean they replace but he wrote a totally diffrent comment on the service repair bill he wrote air filter newss replace then said it was fix lies my home warranty company uses them but please dont waste your time

Exceptional service. First time I used this company. Very thorough in explaining my issues and options to resolve. If you use them, ask for Adam. He has a great personality and is very professional.

We are extremely pleased with Strong Tower! Josh came out within the hour and got our A/C running again in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable, reliable and honest: Strong Tower has been servicing the HVAC system in my house for 5 yrs. They are always available when I need them and they understand my system inside and out.

Strong Tower AC came out and installed a unit that was in contract for a Trane condenser and a Trane air-handler. When the install was actually performed, a Rheem air handler was installed, insinuating a bait and switch. The company claims they spoke with me to obtain approval. However, phone records clearly show that I was never contacted before the install. The only time I spoke to the company, per phone records, was to get the signed proposal then at 5:41 PM on the date of the install to make sure everything was complete. When the company was called, the owner was Josh, threatened to illegally come remove my AC unit and called me a "penny pincher" and a "cry baby." This is clearly a bait and switch scam. Houston Police were notified to do drive-thrus of the area to look for any AC trucks removing equipment.

Josh and Leslie bailed me out! The previous contractor pulled a bait in switch on me on a new 5 ton three phase Rheem system about three years ago. The former contractor slipped in an inexpensive evaporator coil (not a Rheem) to cut his cost. Josh, the owner of Stongtower, has a great relationship with Rheem, so he was able to get me a new Rheem evaporator coil under warranty. Don’t know how he did it but he worked it out. Josh, Leslie, Adam and the installers made me feel like family. I hope I don’t have any AC problems, but if I will surely call Stongtower AC & Heat if I do. 100% recommend these guys. Thank You!!!

I have been using this company for about 4 years and they are always honest and they always try to schedule you in asap. Josh and Adam are wonderful techs, they both solve the problems quickly and honestly. The prices are fair.

On a Friday afternoon in August, my AC was out. I had a company come look at it and they said it needed a new control board but they didn't have any available.

I searched the web for the part and Strong Tower A/C and Heating came up. I called them at about 4pm on Friday afternoon and explained the situation.

They offered to call around to see if anyone had the part in stock. Shortly afterward, they called me back with news that they had found the part and they could go pick it up and install it for me that same afternoon!

And that's what they did! They were very friendly and professional and provided excellent service, and they saved me from a weekend of suffering in the heat.

Adam and Keith were willing to let me ask many questions and answered everyone of them. When they made a mistake they were willing to make it right. Taking responsibilty for one’s mistakes is something that builds trust and is admirable. Sadly, this is lacking in many companies. We’ve been working with Strong Tower for 7 years, and we look forward to working with them in the future.

These guys are all very honest and thorough with their work. I am a property manager with a journeyman plumber license as well as HVAC certification and I know what good mechanical work looks like. They have never overcharge us but at times go above and beyond what's expected. Our church have an annual maintenance contract with them and they also do other projects such as painting and drywall work as they are nearing the end of painting our youth 2nd floor.
