Adam was great. Diagnosed the issue and fixed within a hour. Very friendly and top notch service. Why go any where else? Will be calling them again for my next issue.

We had a cancer patient at home when the furnace stopped running at all..I had 2 technician before Josh. First one quickly diagnosed "bad control board" which was not true and wanted to take it out to get new one. what ?? the board has product # so it looked suspicious.

Second technician was inexperienced, he said something internal was shorting so he recommended to replace whole system..

This was a complicated case and Josh spent 2 hours just to find out what was causing the shorting and it was a small part, time delay device, in compressor unit. Very honest and hard working guy. I will be calling him for all a/c furnace issues.

Excellent company to deal with and great follow up. Had an issue with an added duct fan and ADAM made it right. Highly recommend this AC company. Ask for ADAM when you call, he's an honorable man and will make sure you are satisfied and happy with your new unit.

Excellent service overall . I had my AC replaced this month and I got a great price " I priced 4 other companies " they were very professional and were on time , which is a big deal with me . I really like that there was no pressure to buy extra add ons or other services . The experience was great and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and great AC and heating company . A+ and will use again .

I had three ac units in my house when it was time to replace them Strong Tower didn't just do what most companies do, recommend replacing the units with newer ones. Instead they did a whole assessment of my house and gave me some options. To my surprise my house didn't need three units. I was able to save money upfront with less units than I expected. And with the unit's high efficiency I see savings every month specially in the hot Houston summer.

Strong Tower A/C and Heating is a very professional and excellent company I had the opportunity to deal with them by changing my air conditioning and heating system a few days ago and they did a wonderful work at installation and also explaining The functioning of the new equipment. I will recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Strong Tower A/C really came through for us at a reasonable price. A/C went out on Good Friday alot of parts places were already closed. Fortunately they tracked down what was needed and we were up and running. Thank you, Stone Tower A/C.

My project was a house remodel to-the-stud and I particularly like how Strongtower designed the flow of my HVAC system. Since completion of my remodel though we’ve experienced several hiccups— to date the most serious being water damage to ceiling in the Primary Bath. This just happened as I write this review and upon my inspection, it appears the pipe(s) of the HVAC unit in the attic space directly above the Primary Bath was not screwed tightly hence the water leak. I intend to call Strongtower first thing in the morning and expect them to be responsive and immediately fix and remediate the problem (like they have been so far in my experience working with them). This is a positive in working with this locally owned small business, but I am not looking forward to the hassle and costs of repairing the drywall and ceiling due to water leak from pipe of HVAC!

Strong Tower is an amazing company. Have used them for over two years for our heating and air-conditioning issues ~~ always very prompt, courteous and straightforward. Very fair pricing !!! We are moving and hope they can service our units at our new place would highly recommend!!

I had a Great Experience today!! My AC Tech Adam came out in this Dreaded Houston Heat to check my AC to make sure it was working properly. I called because I heard a loud pop from the "Outside Unit" then following the pop was a sound that sounded like squeaking blades. That lasted for about 3 min then the squeaking went back to normal. Of course I need that chkd out because there is No Way I want to be caught unexpectedly without any AC in "Houston's Brutal Heat!! My AC Tech not only showed up within his estimated window, which doesn't always happen with contractors & it's Very Frustrating, but he looked inside the "Outside Unit" to chk to make sure everything was working properly and he also checked the "Inside Unit" in the attic. I know he was Hot & Miserable but he still put 100% effort into making sure he did a good job for me instead of doing a subpar job. He explained everything that he chkd out & how each part was working properly & I really appreciate him for that!!

Adam, Daniel and Mighty Ivan knocked out the complete system change for us! We now have an awesome new HVAC thanks to these men and Strong Tower! Highly recommended if you’re looking for any work on your units. Thank you yet again, Strong Tower for delivering excellent service at a fair price!
