Prompt action by team of installers characterized their work goals to expedite removal of old equipment and begin installation of new A/C system. Polite, professional, and responsible care of home owners property demonstrated their purpose.

My Furnace went out in Early January 2025. A family member told me about Jorden. I was told on what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it or replace it. I decided to replace the Old Furnace with a new one. Daniel and his team where very nice, polite and very professional. And just in time for Winter Storm Enzo.

These guys are very good at what they do. I liked the fact they do not try to over sell me and let me know upfront what it needed. They actually show me the parts that are not working. Very ethical and price is fair.

Jorden's has provided excellent and consistent service for many years. Juan is a professional and efficient technician who we totally trust. I highly recommend this company.

I have had Jorden’s come out 3 or 4 times over the past few years, and they are always prompt, polite, and thorough. I have an older AC unit that has needed minor repairs to the system, like fuses replaced. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do not try to force you to install a new unit. Integrity and good workmanship have been my experience with this company

Great service! My AC went out, I called Jorden's AC and the Technician Hector came out to diagnose my system, he found the issue pretty fast. My blower motor went out , had to replace it.

haha, reading the once star reviews give me giggles. come on. on a specific one, theres no expecting these workers to do perfectly great with refrigerators. go call a refrigerator/freezer specialtist and have them no choice but to deal with the poor attitude. although they're the same thing... Jordans has been doing great at it fixing refrigerators. but with uggly attitude, i can assume why anyone would just not want to work with a customer even for money. would be lovely to teach someone about manners too.😄 but i can be wrong about what happened, though my assumption are usually right. ill stop that flame here to go on with my review...

Many successful jobs by multiple team members from Jordan's who took action to complete a multitude of work throughout the decades. They are related family, yes. That's not why we do business with them. we do knowing their work is beyond excellent & with trainees being more so through the years to come. We always dial to HA he's the boss. There may be complications from time to time because there always is with hardware, expecially with mistreated units.. though you live and you learn, and i can tell you, their team pulls through and gets the job done in the best timely manner I've ever known possible. and more so at the satisfactory standards i charish to love. 🙏

The very first time I called Jordens was May of 2021, actually the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I was amazed that they showed up within two hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue. I now have them service my air conditioner and heating system every spring and fall because I’m very big on preventive maintenance.
So today Juan was at my home to get my heating system ready for the hopefully colder weather coming. Just like the other technicians, he is excellent and I am good to go.
I’m very thankful to Jordens and I highly recommend them.
One more thing, I am having them come back to clean out my ductwork. I absolutely trust Jordens completely!

HA is very knowledgeable and was able to easily diagnose all the problems with my air conditioner and furnace. I would high recommend Jorden's.

We have been customers of Jorden's for over 30 years, and in that time every employee that has worked at our home has been wonderful: knowledgable, courteous and prompt. The few times we have had weekend "emergencies", they have sent someone out to remedy the situation. I appreciate their organized office, and the efficient way invoices, billing, and service reminders are handled. Juan has been especially thorough, taking time to explain the"problems" and offer advice/solutions.

We have been using Jorden’s A/C & Heating since 1999 and have always been pleased with their service.

During inspection, Juan noticed one of the capacitors had a low charge and replaced it.

Figured this would have been another service call in a few months down the road.

Juan explained what he checked and the preventative maintenance that was done.

We had a “reputable” AC company change our entire system. We’ve had nothing but problems since. Called Jordens and they showed up same day. Mr.Ha and Mr.Eric tested and explained the issue extremely thoroughly and even though they haven’t done work yet, between the explanation and the type of service it can’t get much better. These are the guys you want to fix your AC. Commercial or residential. We look forward to doing work with them later on. Thank yall for the transparency on it all.

My unit stopped cooling, my house got hot. The technician (AJ) arrived on time and found the problem. It was icing up. He added freon to restore the unit. He also advise me to concede replacing the unit and gave me a quote to consider.
