My laundry room has always been a dust magnet, and I finally realized it was because the dryer vent was leaking. Wyatt performed a dryer vent cleaning and found a small hole in the flexible transition hose. He replaced the hose and cleaned the entire line all the way to the outside wall. He also performed an air duct cleaning service in the laundry area to get rid of the lint that had escaped. The room is much cleaner now, and the dryer is working more efficiently than ever. He was a very helpful and polite technician who did a great job.

Super fast service, done right and a reasonable price. I wanted to eliminate possible mold and moisture buildup because of water stains and black spots on some registers in the house. Miguel returned my call the next day, we scheduled a convenient consultation at my house. He arrived on time with a 15 minute heads up call. He recorded what he saw up in my attic, plenum, and ducts. He shared an estimate of the upgraded solution and his recommendations as to why that solution is best later in the day. His estimate and explanation made the most sense compared to the other two local HVAC companies I had bid the job. Good Guy Company came out on time and introduced me to two installers working on my house. About 90 minutes into the job Miguel arrived and inspected their performance, then updated me on when he would send the invoice and what maintenance I can expect with my UV light to kill mold, the custom built plenum with larger unobstructed entry and the soft start capacitor. Impeccable service and professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of the old plenum for us. The installers showed me videos of the UV light working and how it is powered. My HVAC system sounds and feels brand new. No noise is heard while it runs or turns on. The air in the house feels more powerful everywhere. There is a serious draft being felt about my head near the return. Y’all have to call them today to do a honest to goodness inspect and recommendation of your HVAC system. The summer in Houston is brutal, I know we will be finally getting the most out of this energy consuming monster HVAC with this new plenum and duct work. The UV light will make my wife and kid be less congested year round. I can’t say enough about Good Guy HVAC/r Solutions LLC.

I just got my AC fixed and not only did Javier and his team do an amazing job, but they were professional and very knowledgeable. Pictures were sent while process was being done and afterward. Follow up was great and so was pricing. Company does offer warranty as well which is a big plus! I definitely recommend!

Great price and service which is rare. I had Miguel and his team replace a 4 ton HVAC unit and the price was the best I found anywhere. Work was done well with a high degree of professionalism. This company was so good, I used them on another job a week later. I highly recommend this company.

Miguel and his team have done a lot of work for us. They have done installs at two of our restaurants and also my home. Everything has been working great but if there is any issue they are quick to respond and come right out to check the systems and make sure they are working properly.
