I had my AC and Heater System completely replaced and let me tell you, these people are some real tough workers! Besides taking a well-deserved break for lunge, they worked non-stop from 8AM when they arrived to 5PM when the job was finished. Mr. Parra the HVAC Specialist was very kind and understanding, helped me really understand everything that needed to be done. He answered all questions clearly to someone who knows very little about any of this. They even allowed up to 60 months with no interest payment plan, very good value!!! The quality of their work is very clean, they placed carpets on the floors and dismantled everything old it left 0 trace of it ever being there. Every few hours, Mr. Parra would come back to check up on everything make sure the systems were working good and running.

After installation back up service is terrible, it looks no one pick up phone and no response from several email sent to responsible people .

Sears was AWFUL!!!! They should be required to shut down...be careful for Edwin!!! Ran a huge scam on me and "disabled" my heater on the night before the biggest freeze of the winter. Still charged me $90 and I had to go buy 2 space heaters to not FREEZE. (I am 63 so he took advantage of an old guy to try to sell a $12,000-14,000 new HVAC....sad!!!)

Worker left a lot of trash on the attic and on the front of my yard. I had to contract someone else to clean their mess. Project manager didn’t provide a final explanation of completed work. I have to figure out myself on how the unit and thermostat work. I am very disappointed with labor crew.

I got my duct clean with this company. Gabriel and Daniel were two wonderful people who have done it for me. They did a great job besides they had the best manner ever!!!
