I highly recommend Thomas AC and Heat! Their service was truly outstanding from start to finish. They were timely for the appointment, and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism. They even wore booties over their shoes to keep my home clean.

The technicians' equipment was modern and well-maintained, which is always a good sign. Beyond the excellent service, they showed incredible attention to detail: not only did they resolve the AC leak, but they also thoroughly cleaned up the pooled condensate in the drain pan.

What really stood out was their efficiency. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the exact reason for the clog and, best of all, had the necessary parts with them to complete the entire repair in a single visit. A fantastic, one-stop service experience!

I highly recommend Tomas AC and Heating Solutions. They are very honest and their prices are great. When we call them for an emergency they come the same day. We have used their services for many years. If you have AC or heating problems don’t hesitate to call them.

Same issue as the other ppl in the other bad reviews! Avoid these ppl!! Matthew came out twice and messed up our a/c both times and even had an attitude after we told him our a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. They do not know what they are doing!

The lady in the office is very rude, aggressive and not cooperative. The 3-4 hour time gap is really burdensome for workers. I will not use them again with American Home shield Warranty.

Unresponsive (I reached out 3 times and received no response in 2 days) and terrible customer service (i finally was able to speak with a manager and he yelled at me and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when i reported an issue). Go anywhere else for your AC needs

owner do not want to do their due diligence on manufacturer on what is allowed and not allowed even after customer confirm with Carrier that unit is allowed. refused to call to confirm and end up screwing me on my home warranty. terrible company who thinks he knows everything but do not want to confirm. DO NOT USE!!!

The contact was provided by AHS. AC did not work, the ACS technician arrived as scheduled and fixed the problem. Very reliable.

This company is a scam artist.... DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!! There was nothing wrong with my AC unit. They were only called out under my warranty company just to check and service my AC for the summer. They shorted out the AC which burned out one of my units and lied about it expecting me to purchase a new unit from them. My AC units worked just fine prior to them servicing them now I have a broken AC and they refuse to repair their damages. This company is a SCAMMER!!!!! Please beware!!!! I am reporting them to the Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation.

ACS was assigned by my home warranty to fix my broken AC. Their technician, Matt, was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and educated me on how our unit works. Our AC is now working great again!

This company was assigned to me via AHS on the weekend when my AC went out. Not only did they call me on the weekend to schedule but they promptly scheduled me for Monday and got to me within the timeframe specified. Matt our technician was courteous and got the parts needed to fix out AC the same day! Yes, you read correctly, the same day. I would highly recommend this company and Matt.

Advanced Comfort Solutions were assigned by AHS to come and fix a leaking evap. coil in upstairs AC. I've never seen such unprofessionalism, I rarely write reviews but this team did deserve the time to put a 1-star, i wish i could put 0. How disappointing, I'll seriously consider whether AHS subscription worth continuing after this experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! American home shield contracted this company to check out our A/C system. The person they send checked out our A/C unit in 5-10min and gave AHS a false diagnosis. They blocked our number and refused to give us a quote. We had to pay to have an electrician to come out, which revealed that the diagnosis this company gave was completely false. They ruined our ability to get our AC fixed by AHS due to their false diagnosis. We reached out to reputable HVAC company to receive a second opinion. This company also revealed that the diagnosis Advance Comfort Solutions gave was false.

Advanced Comfort solutions put the wrong coil in our AC and it’s not cooling of course. Don’t use them, and please run in your home warranty tries to use them.
