He is honest, does not try to upsell items or services, and is someone you can trust and to count on for all your AC and Heating services.

Very professional and on time. Prices were great and not unreasonable like other companies I called. He installed a unit for me with his guys and they handled the job with no problem. I loved the way they communicated with me and my wife. I haven't had a problem with my unit since it was installed.

Unlike the other reviews, I had a completely different experience with Jerome. He was supposed to be here to diagnose the issue at 11. He was hours late, showing up around 2–with no contact, apology, etc. He never even looked at our inside system (which is where we suspected the problem was), and walked into our backyard and out in under 5 min. He happened to pass my son on his way to his truck and stated that because we had wire fencing around outside unit to keep dogs’ away from it, that “there’s too much stuff around it” and left. It was a wasted day, and a total lack of professionalism. Seriously, he didn’t even bother to let me (the only adult present) know that he wouldn’t be doing anything. He was dismissive and rude—very unprofessional.

UPDATE: My husband had made the appointment and told them we needed the inside unit cleaned out. He called after this happened and encountered rudeness as well. The person he spoke to said “we don’t do that (clean an inside unit?) and you just need to find someone else.” I definitely recommend finding a place that WANTS your business. S

I came home to no ac. Called the company that installed it and they were nice enough to help me so some trouble shooting but the cost for them just to come and look at the ac was insane!! I called JMV the next morning and within an hour my ac, was running and it was a simple fix. This gentleman was sent to me through my home warranty company, this is the second home warranty company I have had and the first was HORRIBLE, my faith has been restored. My AC was not getting cold, I work from home, I have kids and needless to say, IT WAS HOT! I made the claim late one night, by 7:00 a.m. he was calling to schedule, showed up on time, explained the issue, submitted what was needed by warranty company, got an approval, and he was right back here right away and had me up and running in no time, THANK YOU!!!

Our AC blew a transformer and I submitted a request through the home warranty. Thankfully Jerome at Air Solutions was called out. He was on time and got the job done. Very professional and we will be using his services for future ac maintenance. He also has affordable maintenance plans.

Jerome was very thorough and professional, he was efficient and very respectful of our home. Thank you for the excellent service! He came out over the weekend, had to expedite the parts needed and had us back up and running by early Monday afternoon.

Jerome did a great job with my AC. He did quite a bit of troubleshooting, found the problem and got it fixed before we really had any issues with dealing with the heat.

When our upstairs AC went out in the middle of July, I reached out to every tech listed on NextDoor. JMV Air Solutions was the only one who responded.

He came out the next day, cleaned the unit, recharged it with Freon, and even waited to make sure the temperature dropped steadily before leaving. That kind of service is rare.

He offered to check our downstairs unit and attic coils too, but I initially declined. A week later, I realized if one unit can fail, the other can too — so I called him back. He came out again, was just as thorough, explained everything clearly, and pointed out things to monitor. No upsell pressure, just solid info.

He mentioned their maintenance plans and gave me the details without pushing anything. I going to call him and sign up for the annual plan. Because again... Houston.
