Jerome is awesome! He made an assessment the same day the tenant reported an issue, provided an invoice the same day, and made the repair the next day. He beat the property manager by weeks! Highly recommended for someone you can trust with transparency. He provided the invoice as requested and doesn’t replace things for the sake of replacing them (this is confirmed as I’ve had a previous contractor provide a diagnosis, whose services we declined). He does a genuine assessment and repairs what’s needed to get the system running again for the long term.

Lastly, in an emergency, I’ve reached out to numerous companies in the area. Ive been ghosted, have received no callbacks, and no indication for any help. Jerome answered my call on a Sunday and helped me out right away. Don’t waste your time searching elsewhere and call Jerome if you need trusty workmanship and customer service, best price, and best repair duration.

They did a good job. Reliable. Only complaint is that they didnt apply the $70 service charge to the cost of the repair which in the past we were told they would do. Would definitely verify that if scheduling with them.

These guys were so friendly and quick! My home flooded in Hurricane Harvey and the A/C wouldn't turn back on after. We called and they came over that day to get it turned back on. They even cleaned up after themselves even though my home clearly looked terrible anyway. I can't say enough positive about these guys and have already had neighbors using them too.

I reached out to Bayou City Aire because my a/c line was frozen and the unit wouldn’t turn off. They called me right away and scheduled an appt for the very next day. They even told me how to prepare for the visit- since my line was frozen, I had to shut off the system so it could thaw. Angel called me when he was on his way and identified the problem within about 10 mins. Luckily it was a simple fix (simple for him, not me lol) and he was done with the job in about 30 mins. I’m so glad they responded quickly- apparently this little problem was the reason my electric bill was so high. They were so courteous and professional- I would definitely use them again in the future.
