Bayou City Aire recently installed a complete new AC / Heater system in our house (replacing old one) and I couldn't be happier with their service and quality of job they did. I knew we needed a new AC system and reached out to them for a quote along with several others. The quote came back with VERY reasonable pricing, listening to my needs, explaining any questions I had, and not overselling me on more than we needed. The installation went off without a hitch, the workers were clean and professional, and left our house spotless when they finished. They also ensured that all vents were providing the best airflow to each room and the system was working in tip top shape (and I knew how to operate the controls). And the best part, was Angel made sure I had a freon fill for my old / leaking system until the installation could be completed. He was also just a phone call / email / text away if I had any questions or concerns about the quote or my upcoming installation. They totally went the extra mile and I'm glad I went with Bayou City Aire. I highly recommend them.

These guys are a little pricier than others but they diagnose the right issue and get the job done. They’re organized, on time and responsive. Rey is our tech and he’s been great to work with the last few times he’s come by. If you’re looking for an honest company to get the job done properly Bayou City Aire is the one.

He provided options and helped me decide on the best. The technicians that came to install the system were professional, well organized and did the job well. Bayou City Aire was the first company out of several to give me a good price on replacing my AC and heating unit. With Bayou city I was able to get a better AC unit than Abacus and other companies were offering, and at about half the price.
Angel and his team were punctual and completed the job quickly.
My AC works great, and I'm relieved I no longer have to worry about it breaking down.

The owner (Angel) and all of the techs are very kind and respectful. They did a great job, and were very thorough. Their prices were very reasonable. This was my first time having to install a new AC/Heat unit. I got estimates from a few places, some that were ridiculously high. The price from Bayou City Aire was very reasonable in comparison. When they did the installation they were on time, nice to work with, and cleaned up after wards. The communication before, during, and after the job was complete was very good. I initially had almost gone with another company before I called them, but I'm glad I didn't. I wanted to be sure I would be comfortable working with whoever did the install for any servicing that I would need down the road. I feel confident I made the right choice. I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. When I was in a bind during Hurricane Beryl, Rey our technician went above and beyond to fix the problem with our generator. Rey is extremely helpful and so very thorough. The front office staff is so kind and patient, during a hard time for Houston, they continued to be so effective. When they gave me a time, they showed up at that time! So thankful for Bayou City Aire!

Great company, fair pricing and they give an honest assessment of what needs to be done. Rey was my initial tech and he was great. The owner, Angel seems to really care about the clients and their experience. The lady in the office is nice too.
All of my ducts were replaced and the guys were extremely conscientious and kept the jobsite clean. I'd highly recommend using this firm for your AC system.

We got our AC system completely replaced by Bayou City Aire, LLC and are very happy with the decision. We got multiple quotes from various companies before choosing, and were not impressed with the technicians sent out by other companies to look at our system. Bayou City's owner (Angel) came out himself to answer all our questions and address our specific needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I had an excellent experience with Bayou City Aire because they were incredibly easy to work with when diagnosing and replacing two older Synchron Dampers with new Honeywell Automatic Dampers. Owner Angel provided a free estimate, and two technicians made the replacement, arriving on time and making repairs on time as well. I would recommend to a friend.

Bayou City Aire saved us this Sunday during the hard freeze when our central air furnace quit starting with temps outside at 22 deg. I called expecting limited help available but their tech called back came out and got our unit running saving my wife and I from a LOT of discomfort. Hat's off to a first class outfit.

I am a co-owner in a small custom construction company and we have been working with bayou city aire for the past 10 years. They always rise to the challenge when we present them with tricky jobs, fitting all their ductwork and components into tight framing requirements, especially in old houses. They have great knowledge of the systems they install (HVAC and dehumidifiers) and also understand the scope of other trades and how to integrate into the process of the other workers on the project.

Angel, the owner, came out personally to give us an estimate and took the time to really explain our options and make a thoughtful recommendation. It was extremely helpful and never felt pushy. We decided to move forward with installing air purifiers, and the technician who did the work was excellent: professional, respectful of our home, and very thorough. Overall, great experience from start to finish and I’d happily recommend them.

My AC went out and they provided me a option to repair my system when other companies only wanted to fully replace the system. Everyone we interacted with was great, the crew cleaned up after themselves, and one of the installers even complimented my lawn mower. Hard to beat that.

Bayou City has managed/maintained/repaired and replaced units for my personal homes and clients’ homes since 2019-we have looked to them for their expertise and guidance, and depended upon heavily on their honesty and fairness. I have never seen such a wealth of knowledge under one roof! Angel, Sylvester, Ray, Rae, Lily in the office and a host of others have provided impeccable service and that includes the emergency services we’ve needed throughout the years.
