I wanted to jump on and give a review, since they seem to be mixed here. I went through the home warranty (First American) and was told it could take up to 48hrs for an appointment to be scheduled. Within an hour, I got a call from David letting me know he'd be here in 10 minutes. He was on time and professional. It turns out our thermostat wire was rusted and needed to be replaced. He was in and out in 15 minutes! We will absolutely use this company again if the occasion ever arises. Hopefully that won't be for a long time, though. Haha

There is SOMETHING WRONG with our ac and they literally are here for 10 minutes and said nothing is wrong when there obviously is because my house won’t cool lower than 80.

I called out them out twice and both times it was the same lazy tech who talked to me like I was an idiot because I’m a woman. Homeowners KNOW when something is wrong and not working properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND

It’s pretty obvious this company doesn’t care.

Falls A/C and Heating Services - service is the name of their business and they are excellent. They called within 24 hours, made appointment, diagnosis of A/C problem, took broken parts with him. Came back the next morning with new parts, installed them, checked out the system, all good. No charge, what a deal!! Highly recommend Falls A/C and Heating Services to everyone in the Houston area!

I have always had great service from the company. All of the businesses they use have repaired everything every time. A must need product.

Falls AC did a great job in a repair that ended up more complicated than first thought. They were courteous, great with communication, and showed up right on time. They went out of their way to make sure we could get our repair done quickly. I don’t want anyone else touching my system!!!

They were amazing. They got out here quickly. They cleaned up very well. Top-notch Steven was awesome. As for the guys who are doing the install.. Steven even came back out when I had questions. I will definitely use them again 100%

Love what I do and love when I see the faces of satisfaction on costumers when they see and feel that the a/c or heat is working. That’s a satisfaction for my self…

Dour and his crew came to my house and cleaned my hvac pipe and installed critter guards to prevent repeat

Made an appointment from 1-3p, did not show or call. Called at 4p; they said tech was busy with another client. Could not give a further time estimate, did not offer to give discount or make it right.
