The worst air conditioning company ever, beware of these people they are a scam, do not do business with them. All their technicians are contractors with no experience whatsoever And most of them have serious criminal convictions, criminal felonies do not let these people in your home.

We had some existing A/C vent problems on a home we just purchased. They came out and accessed the problems, gave us a very fair quote, then repaired it the very next day. Professional job!! They even replaced the light bulb that was out in my attic.

This company replaced a coil for us then broke the attic access and then took 3 weeks to replace it. On the day for them to replace it they were almost 2 hours past the time they said they would be there. Please be careful on hiring this company.

These guys are great! Able to get me on the schedule right away and make repairs during visit.

Most unprofessional incompetent company ever. Advertise 24 hour service but if your lucky they might come out within the week, not complete the job and not answer your calls. If they do happen to make it out to repair they will install parts incorrectly and never come to fix their mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I was concerned about the negative reviews, but my experience was fine. I had no problem scheduling the service call. The technician, who'd been doing this for 20 years, arrived on schedule and fixed the problem. All in all, a totally professional and pleasant experience.

He was very professional and polite. He explained the problems he found and walked us through what he was going to do to fix the issue. He didn’t leave until he made sure our A/C worked… Great Guy!

Falls A/C was fast and explained in detail the issues our A/C had and the easiest way to fix it for the least amount of money. The service technician was awesome!

The HW company sent these folks out to my house. They came the first time said the united that is upstairs would have to be replaced they came and replaced. the HW (AHS) I had to pay the most of the bill over 1000.00. Then a week later the outside united went out they came back and said it needed replacing once again I had to pay over 1000.00. Then they let the pan overflow upstairs which them mess up my ceiling that needed to be replaced. I work two jobs I am not home all the time I told them they would have to work around my time. This happen in May the ceiling still has not been finish I have called them several time no answer I am going to turn it into my Insurance and they will go after them. I am tired of this company just like everyone else they are no good. DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY WORK IN YOUR HOUSE PLEASE.

Every homeowner knows how hard it is to find a good contractor who possesses the skills, tools, knowledge, and desire to do work and do it right. Falls A/C lacks all of these. They are neither prompt nor capable and what is worse is they do not call when they say they will. If you respect contractors who respect themselves, their trade, and their customers then unfortunately you need keep looking because you won’t find that respect reciprocated if you hire Falls A/C.

Good luck if American Home Shield assigns this company to you. They have a huge window of wait times then call you last minute to reschedule or tell you that you did not get the date correctly even when you call them that morning to confirm. Further, they stop answering the phone or never call back after leaving messages. Forget about even calling the emergency number.
