Great service, Angel explained the different options very clearly. Installation was quick, clean and convenient. Our new system is light years ahead of what was replaced. System keeps temperature constant and is super quiet. Should have replaced old unit years ago.

I called a few places before calling Bayou City Aire and was told it would be a minimum of 2 days before someone could make it out. I called Bayou City Aire around 3pm and, although they didn't have any technicians available, the owner said he could stop by to check out our AC unit. He showed up on time and had everything squared away same day.

Just completed installation of an American Standard HVAC system at my house. I’m very finicky when it comes to having contractors do things to my property. Angel and the team at Bayou City Aire did a great job and met my high standards for tight lines and neat installation. The system works great and we are ready for the hot weather.

June 2021 my compressor which was under warranty went out. I contacted my go to AC repair service Company that I normally use, and they gave me a bid twice as high as Bayou City AC. Even though Bayou City AC was totally booked, Angel, made arrangements for a service Technician to come out and replace the warranty compressor. Thank you, Bayou City, for saving my belongings from damage from the heat and restoring my home to a comfort level.

We’ve used Bayou City Aire for several years or since we moved to the downtown area. They are prompt, courteous and professional. September has had record high temps, and my a/c went out at this most inopportune time, on the weekend, no less. I called and within 2 hours, before my apartment heated up too much, the rep was at my door. He explained the issue and promptly fixed it. The restored sound of the blower fan was music to my ears. I’m grateful not to have to suffer in the heat, while wishing for cooler days. I think I would have paid almost any price at that point, but the cost for the service call was very reasonable. We recently moved to a new house and the first thing we did was have Bayou City Aire come out and replace the struggling 13 year old HVAC unit. We called them first because of the great job they did replacing the old HVAC unit and ductwork in our previous home. Not only are the prices fair, but the response from Angel and his team is quick. They were able to work us into their schedule so our unit could be installed on the day we moved in (which was only a week and a half or so after our initial contact regarding this project). In the past they've worked late into the evening and come on Saturdays to address emergencies. We were very relieved to find out that even though we had moved from in town to Pearland, that Bayou City Aire would still provide service. Thanks guys!

Have been a customer for several years. As a female, I have had several negative experiences with other providers trying to scare me into "critical repair" things during each service call. Bayou City Aire techs do not upsell and always provide multiple repair options with a clear explanation and cost-benefit analysis for all.

Angel was very responsive, professional and helpful when spec'ing out my new system according to my needs. He provided me with clear information and quotes for several options and helped me pick between them. The guys who installed the system (Ray, Ray, and Sal) were all very friendly and efficient, getting the job done in a day, even after dealing with some unexpected challenges. I will be using Bayou City Aire again in the future.

Best decision ever made was to employ Angel and his team do the installation of a complete American Standard HVAC system for us. He performed an inspection and discussed options, There was never a high pressure pitch for either his services or equipment suggestions. His bid was clear, fair, and contained no hidden features. Everything was clear and upfront. The team who did the installation was on-time, friendly, courteous, professional, and left the work area extremely clean. Bayou City Aire will have our business going forward.

This company is awesome. By far the best AC company I've ever used. Angel, the owner, has been hands on for all my remodels and new construction. We've had multiple properties installed with his AC units and they've all been running smoothly. The one exception was a property that the condenser stopped working after 3 years of service and when he came, SAME DAY, he fixed it and didn't charge us for anything. Said it was under warranty. NO CHARGE!!!! We were expecting some kind of service charge. The AC unit was installed 3 years ago but nothing, nada. Now that is why he's 5 stars in my book.

Our AC was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. We had several local businesses come out. Bayou Aire gave the most comprehensive evaluation of our system, the best bid to replace our 19 year old dinosaur of a system and great service. They also provided a loaner system to get us by until installation without even being asked. Cannot recommend them enough, very satisfied customer!

A co-worker recommended Bayou City Aire when I was complaining that my A/C went out. Another A/C company came over, didn't even try to fix my unit and wrote me a large bid to replace the whole system. Angel of Bayou City was at my house less than one hour after I called him. He was waiting for me when I got home from work. He found the problem and replaced the capacitor, charged the freon and my house is back to comfortable and cool for very little cost. I can't say enough about the service that I received from Angel of Bayou City. He is honest, found the problem and fixed it for a fraction of the price of every other place that I called, who only wanted to replace the A/C system, not even investigate what the problem was.

Needed a complete Central Air system so got some bids and Bayou City was in the sweet spot of ‘not the basement but definitely the most reasonable.’ Angel explained the components he was suggesting and gave me a solid estimate that clearly stated there would be no hidden costs. His team were very friendly and efficient and were done in a timely manner. System is working great! Angel is no-nonsense and clear with his quotes. There was no high pressure here- we even discussed a two stage system but decided in the end to go with the ‘better’ option instead of the ‘best’ one and he did not push up to upgrade. He clearly explained the maintenance of all the system components and when things were to be done. So glad I gave them a call.

I used Bayou City Aire to install a new A/C and duct work a year or 2 ago and I'm finally getting around to giving them their much deserved good review. I got a quote from them based on recommendations from others in my neighborhood. They were one of the most reasonably priced and were very professional and courteous. My place flooded during Harvey and the A/C unit was completely submerged and not working after the flood. They came out quickly and fixed the problems with it and even helped out with the pricing due to what all I was going through with a flooded house. I tend to find working with any kind of contractor in Houston to be very very frustrating but Bayou City Aire is one of the maybe 2% of contractors that will actually call you back, show up on time, do good work AND have fair prices.
