Did not have service with them, but their communication is terrible and they wasted half of my day off. I scheduled service with them and they gave me a 12-3pm window with a 30-minute 'we are on our way' call. 3pm passes and no word from them. I called the office at 3pm and the scheduler called the service tech and he said he was running late and they'd be here at 4pm. Not ideal, but understandable. 4:30pm comes around and the tech calls me to say he has been stuck on the freeway (his truck 'died') about 2 hours ago (which would have been in the same window that the office scheduler said he spoke to him and found out he was running late). Needless to say, half of my day wasted, no cleaned ducts, and frankly irritated that I was lied to. Not a great way to run your business. They probably do great work, but the way they run their business is pretty bad (at least in my case).

Great company! ProVac Air Duct Cleaning Service did an amazing job at my house. I moved into a house that was sitting for a few years and the ducts were very dirty. The ducts are really clean and air clean! Very professional. Highly recommend in the Houston area. Thank you again, Peter.
